Delivered within 2 weeks of purchase on a very stormy Perth day in the midst of cyclone Narelle. Installed when promised and I absolutely LOVE my daily sauna.

All round a seamless experience from first enquiring about an infrared sauna to placing the order and finally the efficient installation. The quality of the product and the customer service were both excellent. Very satisfied customer.

High quality well designed sauna, with amazing customer service. Nook not only provide a great product, but the free delivery and installation, clear communication and friendly team really make the whole process so easy.

Installation took 10 minutes and the team were incredibly friendly. They answered any questions I had and gave me a detailed run through of the important info for the sauna. They checked everything was in working order and took all rubbish with them.

I did some pretty diligent research and found that Nook had everything I was looking for in our little home sauna, while surprisingly also being very reasonably priced. What I didn’t bank on was the quality of the service, both online and the two amazing delivery guys who came and set up our sauna, even though we’re 3 hours from Brisbane. Loving the sauna so far. I’m in it most evenings! I also very confident that if anything happens with the sauna in the future, Nook will be super responsive in helping me deal with it. Highly recommend!

Can’t fault nooks saunas. Staff amazing and so cheap for what you get it’s helping me be calmer and fits in my back yard so well couldn’t recommend them enough

I’m very happy with my 1-person Core infrared sauna from Nook. It’s simple to use and fits perfectly on my patio, protected from the rain and direct sunlight.
The service was excellent from start to finish—from my initial phone enquiry, through ordering, to being kept well informed about delivery. The delivery and assembly team were also very friendly and professional.
