Cheap tarnished drop shipped jewellery from China
Beyond disappointed at the quality of their “tarnish free” jewellery, it is simply cheap costume jewellery shipped from china. I am certain it is Ali Baba/Temu drop shipping and that I’ve had wool pulled over my eyes
Wore my Palestinian bracelet twice and already the silver is rubbing off very quickly, these were originally priced at £99.99 reduced to £19.90 which is still insanely expensive for what turned out to be costume jewellery.
It genuinely feels like this business is designed to trying to take advantage of the Ummah and those wanting to support our brothers and sisters in Palestine, I’m SO regretful of my purchase and wish I’d gone elsewhere.

It’s an amazing gift for your loved ones.
I was so so happy with my necklace I received it and it didn’t really take so long to receive it. NoorQalb made sure they messged me all the steps and stages on how the parcel was sent and received.

Quality is very bad
Customer service is good, prompt response. The chain broke in the first week waiting for a replacement. They don't offer refunds.
But the product quality is very bad, it is very light. It came in a cheap looking pouch. I ordered a few and didn't know which was which had to take it to someone who reads arabic. How is the lifetime guarantee fulfilled if the company is closing down? And they been closing down for months it's a scam. Just buy from Temu for £2

This is a fake company with fake reviews- I’ve gone through all of them. They’re using AI images and also write a sob story on their website. I’ve just received my order after…
I’ve just received my order after almost 18 days of wait and I’m honestly very disappointed with the quality of the name pendant. I paid £19.99, I expected something much better. The pendant looks very cheap and poorly finished.
I was also surprised to see that the item was shipped from China, as this was not clearly mentioned before purchase. It honestly looks like a low-quality Temu/Shein product and does not feel worth the money paid.
On top of that, there seems to be no proper return or refund option, which is very frustrating.

I had an issue with the delivery because I missed the courier’s call, so the package wasn’t delivered the first time. Scam! Do not buy from here
This is a scam. Unfortunately I only realised after I’d wasted £40. The trust pilot reviews on the website are fake, and there’s a lot of info online exposing this as a scam. I received the type of rubbish you’d get from Temu for a few quid. Appalling that they would pretend to be donating to Palestine and that this is a Muslim woman owned business when it’s just cheap Chinese goods.
