Ordering seemed fairly easy. Just hope the goods live up to expectation.

I have yet to receive my order but have had constant e.mails about my experience which is very frustrating
I have already completed several surveys. If the products are as good as they look i will certainly order other things.

Really frustrated. Clothes don't look like what it looks on website. When tried to return it will cost 20 pounds to return and 57 customs duty. Wrote to the company they reply back saying its customers responsibility. When purchasing they never said that company is based in Italy or anything about customs duty.NEVER going to buy from website .

I bought an item of clothing from this site but when it arrived it didn’t look like the picture.
Then I tried to send it back OMG what a per lava.
I had to send it to Italy and it cost £15 postage.
Then it was returned to me so £15 wasted as well as the price of the outfit and delivery.
I was then promised a 70% refund
2 months and 35 emails later still no refund.
I have NEVER experienced anything like this before and I would definitely NEVER buy from this site again.

ONLY PROBLEMS - 6 MONTHS TO RESOLVE.
Poor quality, random sizing, excruciating customer service, AI written designed to prevaricate until customer rights lapse.

Material thin like a rag can't get address to send item back Not bothering Was sposed to be linen would have ordered more so its their loss 36pnd 30pence was my loss please do not order from them

I found this site easy to browse through. Each colors were shown on your models - for me that made it easier to see how they look. Everything else was easy to find which included the cost & shipping time. I had no problems thank you.

Easy to order. Free postage order over £55.00 but one outfit was under hence had to pay postage. I guess to entice one to buy something else, but not in my case, so endured the postage!

Can't wait for my purchase to arrive. The style and fabric and choice of colours is brilliant

I haven't received my order yet. But the store was easy to browse and I liked the options. I am leary of buying sets online, as I'm smaller on top than on the bottom, and am hoping and praying I like the fit.

Terrible quality, sizing is way off. Missed the cut off for returns despite asking for some understanding they refused. Don't go near their stuff!

So far the ads looks great so I hope that I will get what I ordered!

Some items were not true to their size so I returned 2 pairs. I was given a return label going to Italy. I returned in good faith, I paid $40 for the shipping almost half of the returned items, that was in March 2026 and up to now I have not gotten my refund. The response I got is that it arrived in the destination but they’re still tracking it down. Might have been in customs. So I’m filing a complain with the BBB. I emailed them and asked for their US location and I did not get any reply’s to where they’re located.

I found it difficult to change my order. Ie size from medium to large, also there is no indication as to what these sizes are meant to be for the UK.

The website was easy to use and I liked the details of the clothes also the photos were good too

Item arrived quickly but not great quality and far too small. Return process is too costly (half the value of the item) as international UK to Italy so not worth the effort. Not happy

Received my first order without any issues. The fabric and quality were good. However, the second order - shorts and top outfit - proved problematic from the start. The order was delayed a lot. Finally, when I received it, I was shocked. The fabric was so thin, it looked like rags. I then found out, to my dismay, about their return policy. It would cost more to return the item to Italy, than what I paid for it. I declined the return! I will give the item to charity, as I would be too embarrassed to wear it.

Buyers please be beware of this company. They hook you in with the first order, then give you poor quality and disappointment thereafter.
