Ordered the relaxed suit in April.
Arrived May but item was massive even though I had ordered the smallest size.
Return process was a small and very frustrating.
Not only did I have to take and send a photo of the item I had to describe I full detail why it was too big!
I then had instructions through on how to return
VIA tracked International post to Italy costing £14.45.
Several emails chasing the return last week the parcel was returned to me as it was refused at customs!!
Emailed company and was told to retain the item and I could have a voucher for full amount to spend on something else.
OR zI could take a refund of 70%.
£44.00 plus 14.45 postage approx £39?
Refund received £26
Will not be using them again

Lovely.

Very long delivery wait. Poor quality fabrics, garments were a mixture of cotton and linen looked cheap. Finishing fairly skimpy. I will not be ordering again. The website makes everything look desirable but the reality is the complete opposite.

The track suit looks exactly like what I wanted & I loved the colour choices. I’m hoping that when I receive it, it will be exactly right.

This company makes returns IMPOSSIBLE!!! Website advertises “risk free returns”. This is NOT the case. I returned items over 4 months ago and still haven’t received a refund!!!

Though my items were shipped to me from a Canadian address, I had to return them to small town in Italy. I have reached out to North Fashion numerous times and they are not at all helpful.

Quality clothing, love linen,plenty of age appropriate styles to choose from.

The quality of the garment is very poor, it should contain linen but there appears to be no evidence of linen in the material

They did not shun me away but took me under their wing,and supported me. Im so looking forward to my new purchase. I explained my size and anything else that would be of good choice. It was such a surprise to get a response at midnight...!

Quality of garments is poor and, sizing is off requiring need to exchange items. This process is costly and cumbersome. To learn that things have to be returned to Puglia for a large shipping fee has discouraged customers from returning something they cannot use or do not want. Website gives the illusion that you are dealing with US company. People ultimately decide to absorb the cost rather than fight the battle. Possible scam.

I love the fit and the fabric. The sash/belt that came with my order was not sewn all the way. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. The amount of time to receive my order was much longer than expected but you probably don't have control of that.

Easy to order, Web site very clear. Order arrived within a week and is better than expected. Feels really good quality and fits perfectly. Haven't actually worn it yet so don't know how it is going to look after a few washes? Absolutely no complaints so far.

So as a follow up from my previous review, matters have declined even worse with this illegal company.
Postage paid, as per their so called terms for returning goods. The item was sent to their Italian address which, they supplied and also vetted the returns label. So I've followed the tracking and noted it cleared customs in Italy, package then handed over to local courier for final delivery. However, that didn't happen. I received an email saying undelivered and being returned to me. ADDRESS IN ITALY NOT KNOWN.
It's outrageous as I've also got another package on its way. So looks like I'm going to end up with £300 worth of inferior, wrong sized items. Cost for return postage in excess of £35.
Next package is currently in customs waiting for clearance, but I would bet this will also fail to find a legitimate address for delivery.
Now in the process of speaking to my lawyer, as i will SUE this company.
