If I could give this company zero stars I would. There return policy and customer service is obslete.

Parcel took ages to come and when it did was creased and of really poor quality not worth £42.00 I paid. Trying to return but seems a problematic system to navigate. Don't go near them

It was easy to place my order. I found it difficult to find out about shipping times. I do now my order arrived in time.

I saw an advert on FB and clicked on the link. The NFS website was easy to navigate. I used the size chart as I was ordering from the UK. A found what I was looking for easily and aced an order within a few days. I even received a discount code via email. Awaiting my delivery now.

I was intrigued by the style of clothing and that's why i ordered a 2 piece outfit, especially the price. I was confused that a blouse initially showed a lower price than what was then on the order . I tried to immediately cancel the blouse but im not sure if this happened.

I ordered the two piece outfit. The fabric is a lovely linen, however, it looked like a burlap bag on me. I am 5 foot one and this is not my style. Both the pants and the top were baggy and sloppy looking. I found the instructions to request a return. This was a little frustrating as they did not get back to me for five days. I also tried calling and emailing. When they approved my return, which required sending pictures of the outfits, I found out they are in Italy! I paid $40 to return a $60 outfit.

I would have liked the opportunity to give the company 5 stars. However, the survey is required before my purchase has been delivered.

Easy to navigate and order. I was unsure about returns but I found out somewhere that there is free returns. Would probably be useful to make this clear on the ordering page rather than looking for that information on an information page. Apologies if I missed it. Its reassuring that you can order and return for free. I was unsure of my size so ordered XS and S.

The ordering process is very user friendly.. The quality of the clothes is superb.

This is my first order…found the website on a local news site…ordering process was easy and smooth…

Order arrived (order date 17 April 2026). Disappointed with quality. Asked to return. Information given by email, to fill in a form and attach various photos of items individually, packed, and the parcels with tags as originally received. The website could not accommodate the number of photo files required (each was reduced to bare minimum) but still not accepted. Emailed customer svs who asked me to send photos instead to her directly, which I did, and I was told they were accepted for return. Information provided for return process ... packaging, labelling, paper information re original order enclosed within. Had to be sent to a Returns Centre in Italy. Was told to get tracked, and provide them with evidence of the package postage and tracking number. Which I did on 2nd May. Parcel arrived in Italy on 6th May, but was refused and returned to sender. No explanation given. The return parcel has finally arrived back with me on 26 May. All still intact with all the labels. No interference. Contacted customer svsal on Tuesday to advise safe return, and what to do now to get them back ... hopefully using alternative method, and at no extra cost to me. I have not heard anything... which is very disappointing. Have called all the numbers I can find and each of them (New York, UK number starting +44 and another in the US are "not available" and each time I attempt, it gets blocked and stopped. I am struggling now to know what to do. I am owed in total a sum of almost GBP90.00 which I want back. I am starting to believe this company is a scam .... I have never known anything as complicated and convalluted as this process..... almost as its been specifically designed to prevent parcels from arriving/being returned within the 14 days specified time limit so they can refuse the payment refund. I will not be using them again for sure. Recommend strongly you think about what you do.... it may take an age to get your money back. I am going to obtain refund by alternative means and report their behaviour to the appropriate bodies so that they can be investigated.

I ordered sets of clothes for travel advertised as wrinkle free. The green one was any thing but wrinkle free and had no pockets or any tag that said anything about how to care for it. Very poor quality. When I tried to get a refund I was going to have to ship it at my expense to Italy. This was going to cost almost what I paid so I just kept it. I will NEVER buy from them again. It also came from China so it took a long time to arrive.
