These guys will make up numbers. They’ll do anything to commit you to a sale. They don't care about you. They've got ZERO integrity.

When the purchase falls through because surprise surprise, the forecasts were all lies, and you need to cough up extra money to make up the shortfall for the mortgage, they'll wash their hands off you and stop picking your calls. I had one of these thieves on a call tell me that one option available to me was to "make up the little change" with my money, like we were not so callously talking about tens of thousand of pounds.
Worst of all they've flat out refused to refund my furniture and Blinds deposit which I paid for in good faith, and refused to put me in touch with the supplier. Pretty sure these thieves are shamelessly marketing the flat with my furniture to their next victims.
For your peace of mind, and the safety of your life savings which you likely worked really hard for, avoid these scammers. At the very least insist on an exit clause in your contract.
You've been warned.
