December 2024 Update: candles replaced once my review was read by customer service. Only updated to 3 as getting in contact with them is difficult via telephone and email.
Poor customer service. Damaged candles arrived which should have been gifted, but can’t now. No contact after emailing the company on 18th October and their website phone number doesn’t work, have tried several times
