I was very happy with the service I received. Everything was explained, I was kept updated and found the whole process a lot less traumatic then I thought it would be. If I had to post a negative the only issue that I came across was the online portal that seemed to only work off certain emails links and more often gave me an error message, but as I was able to email the person dealing with my Mortgage directly, it was not really an issue. Otherwise I was very happy with the service and speed it all went through at.

Excellent customer service from start to finish highly recommend

Terrible experience.. chased me when ex abuser stopped paying his half off a loan secured on my house .. he’s offshore worker and didn’t even chase or arrest wages .. just chased me as had house when I was paying my share .. disgusting way they treat people .. I had to go court and then pay court fees to stop repossession when they easily get a court order to get half off ex.. would never recommend this company
