I stumbled across this website whilst looking for a gift for my friend’s 40th birthday. I bought a gift box but had already purchased some gifts so messaged the company to ensure a box big enough to add in the gifts I’d already bought. They absolutely delivered and my friend was ecstatic with her gift box. Next time I will start here first because the range of gifts to put in the box are wide ranging and great quality. 100% would recommend this company. Very impressed with their customer service, communication and quality.

I've ordered three custom hampers from Not Another Bunch of Flowers in the last 8 months.

Easy to use website, premium quality products, quick and reliable delivery. The recipient (who is always hard to please), still gushes about her gifts months later.

The last time I ordered, I used the wrong delivery post code. I emailed the company to ask if this can be changed, within 5 minutes I had a lovely reply from Leisha, reassuring me that this had been updated.

It’s rare to find a company that delivers both exceptional products and such a personal touch. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for thoughtful, high-quality gifts.

Such a wide range of products to add to a care package! It was actually so hard to choose. Everything was well priced and things that I would have bought if I'd have had to go shopping.... It made the whole gifting experience so easy and any issues I had were dealt with very promptly via email with the lovely Leisha. (would have been nice to be able to talk to someone on the phone though....but only email contact)

Fantastic service, I have previously ordered 3 sets of get well boxes for kids and they all loved them. Its different and unique. Recently I had to return a box due to a child's health and the refund process was super seamless and they were very helpful! Thanks again, I will be back for more orders no doubt!

I ordered a hamper for my daughter at uni. It was so nice to be able to choose what to put in the hamper as she is so particular, amd they have so many nice things to chose from.
The package went out almost immediately and it really cheered her up.

This was my first time using Not Another Bunch of Flowers, and although there was a small delivery issue (which wasn’t their fault), their response was absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond what was expected, kept me updated at every stage, and handled everything with genuine care and professionalism. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and the gift that arrived was beautiful and very well received.

I ordered a giftbox for the first time from this lovely business for a friends daughter struggling with a new baby. From finding the site online and choosing a gift box, to the gift box arriving timely and safely, it was very straightforward. Brilliant company, would highly recommend. You can always find something suitable for any occasion, happy or sad. Lovely to send something to someone with a personal touch. Whenever I have messaged with a query you get a very prompt reply. Anyone who I have sent something to whether in the UK or to the other side of the world have always commented on the quality and presentation of products.

Delivery was quick. There were quite a few items available for lots of different tastes and the options between ready-made or custom made boxes were incredibly satisfying. I gifted it to a friend who had gone through a bad time recently and she was quite happy with the entire package. I would recommend and I can see myself buying from them again.

I have used this several times, twice for bereavement packages. All of which go down so well with the recipient. I also received one last year when I fractured my arm and it was lovely to receive it.
