I ordered the 'Her Calming Care Package Gift Box' and was really happy with it. The packaging was lovely and everything inside felt thoughtfully put together and good quality. It made a great gift and was very well received.

Customer service was also excellent — quick to respond and very helpful throughout the process. I’d definitely order from them again.

Royal Mail delivered my parcel to inside of a mystery blue bin. Cannot find it. Emailed this company repeatedly to which they just have not replied.

It was quickly delivered, one of the team members reached out to me personally to confirm details (very nice touch!) and my partner was delighted with the packaging.

I had never heard of this company before my daughter received a beautiful gift from a friend. I ordered a gift today and mistakenly did not change my delivery address. I received an email from Leisha to check that my order was correct which allowed to to correct my error. Brilliant customer service from a wonderful company. I would highly recommend any one to use them.

Amazing Gift and Good Customer Service

They are such sweet people and tried their hardest to get my gift to me as fast as possible really appreciate it. The product itself is brilliant quality and great.

The goods were as advertised. I ordered in time for Christmas but unfortunately there was confusion over postal address, and the parcel could not be delivered. Not Another bunch of Flowers worked with me to get refund from Royal Mail/ Parcel force. This enabled me to get refunded too. My second parcel was expediently sent out, and arrived within the advertised 48 hours.

What a lovely way to share gifts with multiple people! There was a wonderful selection of different types of gift to include, and the support was excellent - helping us to create a bespoke box exactly as we needed. All communication was very prompt and friendly, and went above and beyond to help. I would definitely recommend this approach for anyone wanting to send gift boxes to a medium- or large group of people.

Through not another bunch of flowers, I designed a Christmas gift box for a close family member. A reasonable price and a broad selection means buying for even the hardest crowd is made easy! Wonderful and heartfelt gifts and a truly wonderful Christmas present. I'm so grateful to the company for allowing me to give a present that is both so meaningful but also very practical.

A brilliant service! I purchased a bespoke thank you gift for my mum and it all arrived perfect and very nicely gift wrapped! My note was even hand written for a nice personal touch. Great communication too. Very quick responses via email. Cannot recommend enough!! :)
