No zero star otherwise that would be…

No zero star otherwise that would be given. Never used this company before and never will. Rushing around Liverpool St. John 's this morning in the rain, asked a worker there where the nearest ATM was and she directed me to this one. Customer had just finished so I rushed to take money out without reading the information. Wasn't until I got home and looked at the receipt. £2.17 taken out of my account on a £30 transaction. Daylight robbery. And the council are as bad for installing these machines in a busy shopping centre. Disgraceful way to treat the public.

Over 6 months ago now went to withdraw…

Over 6 months ago now went to withdraw £40 from the Notemachine at Morrisons Waterloo Huddersfield. The money was snatched straight back so I withdrew another £40. My account was debited £80. Spoke to Morrisons Customer Serrvice who stated that they had numerous complaints against this company. Spoke to Notemachine not interested. Wrote to Financial Services advisor. They do not regulate this company. No one regulates this company. Only last week machine snatched womans card and money. Beware

Steals From Your Account

I needed to pay for my kids childcare I had £120.00 left in my account for this specific reason went to withdraw the cash at 07:53, the machine came up with "your transaction has timed out" so silly me thought I'd try again and the same thing happened again with no cash being dispensed. So I turned around and took the few steps to the post office cash machine and low and behold I had insufficient funds. I dropped my children off to school and got to work by 08:35 checked my account on line and it said that I had withdrawn £120.00 from Notemachine. I Phoned my local store but they couldn't even find the number for me so I rang my bank and they logged a dispute so I could get my money back - but this is going to take 19 DAYS, I cannot afford to wait 19 days to get my money back - NEVER USE THESE MACHINES. I will start putting posters up next to them to warn people.

Only 1 star as no option for zero...

This is only 1 star as there is no option for no stars... i am away on a business trip in a remote welsh villiage, i use the only cash machine, i tried to get out 100 pounds, in order to pay for food, fuel and other ameneties. The cash machine eats my card, no warning, just told me he machine was out of order. I phoned notemachine to try and get some help as the van i had, had very little fuel, i spoke to a woman, she was quite honestly, the rudest, most unhelpful, spiteful, cow i have ever spoken to, i explained my situation, i am away, miles from home, with no fuel, no food and now no money, i explained politely that i needed some help, all i got back was 'this isn't our problem'. Now i quite honestly believe this is their problem, I have put my card in THEIR machine and it is THEIR machine that has eaten my card, she said there is no more they can do and hung up! Thankfully nationwide were extremely helpful and sorted me out in the mean time. I honestly believe this is a serious problem, had it not been for nationwide being so helpful, i would have been left stranded all because of some greedy, awful, careless company who have are supposed to help me with MY money. I am now told that it will take 5 days for the £100 i tried to get out to come back to me!! How does that work?!?! Unreal!!

Be careful, they steal your card

Be careful, they steal your card

Their ATM took my card in without giving any warning message - it just continues to show on the screen "Free to use".

Tried to ring on the number showed on the machine - their costumer support was rude and useless - they will not help me in any way, they say it's not their problem and that I should cancel my card

I should make clear that it was not because an incorrect pin - it just took it in without any kind of error message on the screen

CAREFUL NEVER USE

Horrible people. Left me without my card or money on Sunday in a very isolated place, at an airport unable to get my card and mkoney back from the cash machine that took both of them and told me to call my bank and ask them to get money in some other way. Horrible, horrible service. Please don't use these horrible cash machines they take your money and card back inside very quickly and there isn't a way to recover your card and money. People travelling I specially advise you not to use them. Horrible disgraceful situation these horrible company made me go through.

So Note Machine UK are traceable!

So - Note Machine UK - are traceable. Assuming that they're the same shambolic outfit that operates from Crickhowell, let's see what we can make of this;
I'd refer everyone to the post on the Morrisons review which I posted 23/01/18 …….. here and on Trust Pilot.
Note Machine, with the full support of David Redwell of Morrison's Customer Care, operate a cash dispensing machine within the store at Fakenham in Norfolk.
When the machine runs out of money or in any way fails, it continues to take money from the punter's account whilst failing to actually dispense the cash.
Both Note Machine UK and Morrisons are are very well aware of this, because I've advised them
When a person who may be unemployed or on benefits attempts to take the money from their account, and when the machine fails them, then the money comes out, just the same.
When, 24 hours later the machine was still empty of cash or failing to dispense it, why were 'punters' still being allowed to use their cards in the vain hope of being handed over the cash from their account?
Is this fraud and are Morrisons complicit? I suspect that they are as their customer Care department are fully supportive of a business which acts as a leach. If a card is offered and payment is not forthcoming, how can the supermarket, in this case Morrisons, support and defend a company which are a scam?
For those who doubt my words, I'd suggest that you go to Note Machine UK and read their reviews.
This is a disgrace and as they refuse to enter in to further discussion, so Morrisons are complicit.
My complaint centres around an attempted transaction at a Note Machine UK cash dispensing machine on 23/01/18 at Morrisons A0000000291010 and it was headed as T014137
Note Machine UK have advised me that they will not return my money until they receive a formal request from my bank. Morrisons are very well aware of this and continue to sell the machine space to a business which is dependent upon fraud.

[edit] Now it's the 29th. 6 days after the incident and still the money hasn't been returned to my account, despite the fact that the duty manager at the time at Morrisons assured me that it would be.
What are those who are struggling supposed to do when money is taken from their account, not returned, and the owners of the machine are aware of the problem? Fraud? I'd say so, and supported by Morrisons too!
