They charge 2 Euro delivery to their own Store in Croatia.
Working hours for most stores are from 8 am to 8 pm, so that's the working day. Working day is not from 0 to 24 hours. So they said delivery is next day, but it wasn't next day, but the day after that.
Women in their own Store is completely disinterested working there. The process of pickup your online parcel is too complicated and illogical.

The product is fake i repeat fakeeee it smells fake it looks good thats all the inside is fake don’t buy i know the prices are tempting i got a pafume for 20 euro i was thinking ohh so cheap and the bill at the end was like 92 euro and in my mind i had goten a good deal like it’s legit but no trust me it’s fake as hell im disapointed delivery was fast and precise the so called pafume doesnt last even 10 minutes on mu skin it’s not a copy it’s a diferent smell all together .

I recently ordered products worth €68 from the Notino online store, which qualified me for free shipping (for orders over €60). During the purchase, I used a €50 gift voucher, which reduced the final amount for payment to €18.

However, at checkout, I was not granted free shipping because their system does not count the value of the gift voucher toward the total cart amount. Because of this, I had to pay extra for delivery, even though the actual value of the products exceeded the threshold for free shipping.

The problem isn't so much the extra charge as it is the illogical system that provides a terrible user experience. I also contacted customer service; the representative was polite but gave me a rehearsed answer that only the final amount to be paid is considered and that she could do nothing about it. It was clear that I wasn't the first person to call with this issue.

Ultimately, there are better competitors out there, and because of this experience, I will not be shopping at Notino again.

I am very satisfied with my purchases from Notino so far. The products are excellent!
