Fast shipping, great bargains and discounts

Notino has an incredible range of products that are hard to find elsewhere. Their prices are often the best on the market, and I appreciate the regular updates on my shipping status. A reliable store that I will definitely be using again

I have ordered from Notino before, so this is not my first purchase—but this time I was extremely disappointed.

First, the shampoo and conditioner arrived without dispensers, even though the product photos clearly showed that they should include them.

However, my main complaint is about the perfume I purchased for €180. It arrived in unacceptable condition: the box was crumpled, the protective seal was removed, and the cap was already opened. This is completely unacceptable for a product at this price point.

Notino did replace the item, but I had to wait 29 days for the replacement. During that time, the price of the perfume dropped to €158. I asked for a partial refund or some form of compensation due to the long delay and price difference, but their response was simply that it was “not their problem.”

Very disappointing experience this time.

It was promo action where I could select a gift during buying some goods. I selected two goods with gifts but the system allowed to select only one gift

I had a gift coupon and unfortunately you need to put it as a discount code. My purchase was above 60 eur and it should come with free delivery but when I add a gift coupon I had to pay for delivery, because my purchase became less than 60 eur. It is nor fair

I made a purchase and the free gift was not sent. The Kérastase products also seem to be fake (they lack the product's characteristic scent and have a different consistency than the original). I tried to contact them but was unsuccessful.

my parcel disappeared, contacted Notina, they contact smart posti. SmartPosti said yes someone took the parcel and thats it. Notino said contact SmartPosti, smartPosti said contact notino and suma sumarum i just lost 50 eur and my time

simplicity, prices, wouldnt mind if i received more sale codes not only for a specific day, but maybe a code that can be applied once, but expires in a month or so
