Get updated! 11 days to get my order by 'courier'? Why don't you use locks? Efficient, cheap and FAST?

I dislike the shipping costs. More than ever everyone uses lock-delivery which is faster and cheaper. Couriers like ACS or ELTA are slow and expensive. I'd suggest you get updated too. Should I needed my order to leave on a trip are you telling me I'd have to postpone my departure for ELEVEN WHOLE DAYS? Are you serious? I just got the offer because of the price, otherwise you need serious rectification of your dispatching and delivery process. Unacceptable nowadays.

This is not my first time ordering from…

This is not my first time ordering from Notino.gr, and my experience has consistently been excellent. They offer a wide variety of products, making it easy to find exactly what I need, and deliveries are always prompt and reliable. The level of professionalism is outstanding, and I will certainly continue to choose Notino for my future purchases.

My experience with this website was…disappointing

My experience with this website was disappointing. I’ve noticed that prices have increased recently, while at the same time the discount policy is not clearly communicated! For example, a product priced at €6.60 was advertised with a -15% discount using a “sale” code, which suggested that the final price would be lower. However, when I tried to apply the code at checkout, it was not accepted because it only applies to orders above €10 (!) something that was not clearly stated on the product page, especially when the "after" sale price was indicated at 5,61€ .
In the end, I had to pay the full price without any discount, which I found misleading. I would recommend improving the transparency of the promotion terms to avoid confusing customers ...
