Brilliant Service
Brilliant Service, I placed an order and did not receive email confirmation, I reached out to customer services and the issue was identified that it was my error in mistyping me email address, this was quickly rectified and racket sent out same day! Really refreshing to deal with a company that are efficient, and keep their promises.

What a great company, I had an issue with Paypal - Ben emailed me to alert me to the problem, we solved the payment and goods shipped immediately. Great prices, fast shipment and a personal service!!

Great customer service. Ordered a new padel & came super quick & good communication from Ben. There was a small issue with the padel itself (manufacturer defect, no issue from Not Tennis). Ben was super helpful & got it swapped out straight away. Would recommend & will definitely be back 10/10
