Excellent and friendly service
I asked Ben for some advice on what padel to get based on my play style and current level. He provided me lots of great options and explained everything very clearly. I look forward to playing more with the padel I chose and can't thank Ben enough for the great service. Delivery was extremely quick and there was great communication throughout the whole process

Highly recommended online seller. Incredible personal & transparent experience. One of the more pleasant online experiences I’ve had if not the best. Ben kept contact with me on WhatsApp throughout the whole process until I received my shovel. The customer service went above & beyond. I even received a hand written note from Ben & a free nottennis t shirt which was a lovely touch! He even threw in a overgrip because I mentioned I had big hands. Any of my future padel purchases will definitely be with nottennis!

💯 Recommended - Fantastic Service
Great service from Ben and his team. I ordered a Adidas Racket and a bag, whilst I am yet to receive the bag, I am chuffed to bits with the racket. Ben went out of his way to explain the slight delay on the bag with an email and personal note on the invoice.
Cannot ask for any better customer service, highly recommended.
