harrassment

Until I received email outa of the blue from these people Ihad never heard of them.. I replied telling them not interested and to remove me from their data base. However this seems to have done the opposite as I am getting more and more I told them this was harrassment but they still have done nothing. I they cnnotdeal with a simle request to remove someone from their data base its not a good advert for their efficiency

NOUS is the best💕

I have been using NOUS to sort out my electricity and broadband for some years now. I could not recommend them more highly. Excellent service, swift communication and great customer service

My electricity bill suddenly went up…

My electricity bill suddenly went up from £104 a month to £135 a month! And thats saving me £93 a year!! Absolute joke. Will NEVER use you AGAIN or recommend you to anyone

Hi David, thanks for sharing your experience, and we’re sorry it wasn’t what you expected. When you signed up to Nous you told us the size of your property, which we used to create an energy savings proposal based on the average usage. When we arranged this tariff switch, we asked your provider to keep your direct debit the same so there's a chance they’ve undertaken a regular review of your usage and account balance.

As we've mentioned, unfortunately we're not able to contact your provider and amend the payment amount on your behalf as they'll need to speak to the account holder. If you have any further questions, we’re happy to help.

I heard about Nous through a podcast…

I heard about Nous through a podcast and I thought I’d have a look as my energy bill went through the roof.
The site was so easy to navigate and I got a great deal with my new energy supplier. The transfer was complete within a week.
So happy!

What a service!

What a service! Literally just need to give the main details and they deal with the rest! It could not be simpler than that! What a fantastic concept. It’s great that they keep you informed with every step of what they are doing. I would highly recommend.
