The lights on my NovaaLab pad do not light up bright like the ones in your marketing photos. I think I need to get a replacement.

Customer service is exceptional. Just recently bought this red light for my husband’s arthritic hands. So understandably it will take time. The flexibility makes it easy for him to wrap it around his hands or place it on a shoulder etc., it seems to be a very well make product. I looked around at different brands for several weeks and settled on this and so far very happy.

I have been using Novaa Lab RLT devices for a few years now and I am really impressed. As a medicare advantage insurance agent, as well as being 76 myself, I serve clients who have a variety of health concerns. Unfortunately the resort to chemicals that just mask the symptoms. RLT helps to provide a non invasive solution that I have found works. I have tried other brands, however, Novaa, to me, is the best. I have used their products from below the knee to my shoulders with great satisfaction.

I used your product at a friends house and it seemed to really help my knee.

I ordered it on the link and I went back to look at something and it ordered it again, without any prompting from me. That was frustrating cause then I had two charges of over 350 on my credit card. I sent a few emails and I got responses right away and it was resolved quickly.

I'm just not sure why it activated another purchase so easily, without me asking for one. Just so you know.

Bought an infrared light therapy wrap for my knee to help a meniscus tear. It has been great and helps ease a flare up. Wouldn't be without it. After a year I had as small issue with the cable and I sent them a photo and they sent a new cable, customer services were excellent in helping me. Highly recommend

Honestly, my expectations were low but hopeful; my results are very positive, almost surprisingly so. I was using the panel to smooth my upper arm skin and ended up noticeably easing the pain of my bum shoulder! I’m very happy with the product after 4 weeks and just ordered a mask to add to my skincare routine. Excellent product and super fast shipping/service.

I really appreciate how quickly I received my product and all the follow-up emails. They sent videos on how to use the product so that when it arrived it was easy to use. Thank you!

I'm giving it 4 stars for now. I've only used it 3 days now. I just lost a molar and have a dentist appointment in a few days so it will be interesting to hear what the dentist says. But I can say it has helped reduce some pain at the spot of the missing tooth. I'm using mine several times a day for 15 minutes, but welcome advice for longer use if anyone care to comment on it for my situation.

I contacted customer service because my red light pad was not working properly.
They responded immediately, and after sending them a video showing the light pad malfunctioning, a new pad was being sent to me the very next day.

Excellent customer service. Very responsive. Fast and reliable delivery. Products are comfortable and seem to make a positive difference. I have purchased RL/IRL products from other companies and NovaaLab is my favorite. Docked one star because one of the products I bought was defective (power connector stopped working). However, it was within the warranty period and they replaced it without hassle.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I don’t know how many times I had to explain the same issue. I feel like I am in some weird purgatory going over the same issue. My package was not simply delayed it was moved across two countries with endless redirections.

Despite multiple emails, I keep getting the same copy-paste responses from an AI agent (“Anna”), with no one actually reading the thread or addressing the problem.

This is not just poor service—it feels like a complete scam. There is no accountability, no real support, and no effort to resolve the issue.

I love my red light knee wrap. The cord broke and i texted customer service. The next day they said it was in the mail. Thank you.
