I have received 10 emails since ordering yet none of them say when it is shipped or if it has been shipped. It is all just marketing. Stop Already! I have no idea if I like it as I have not received it.

The delivery from the US to Canada was fast (less than 5 business days) and a tracker was emailed in advance. The product matched its description and was easy to work.

I can't recommend Novalaab products enough. They are high quality and deliver the results promised. I am buying more of their products for my own kids and grandkids.

I have been a customer for several years The red light products work. The products are durable. I own many of the different size devices including the mouth light.

I have recommended as well as gifted the devices. If and when they break, I will repurchase them.

My wife and I have both used Novaalab products, specifically the belt and boot. We are extremely satisfied with how the boot helped the healing process of a foot wound and muscle injury. The belt has helped mitigate sore back muscles. As a retired engineer I researched many red light products before we purchased these quality Novaalab products.

We have had the back panel red light and the hand held for the better part of the year and the have used them both religiously. The back one we both use daily and the hand held for my neck and foot. They ease pain and stiffness for both of us. We also bought one for a friend who has chronic back issues. We just bought the new back pad. These work better for us than physical therapy and are cheaper in the long run! We swear by these.

The boots are really nice. They are easy to put on and take off and are user friendly. I just ordered the mask.

I have had a great experience with this company the product and service very good.

I bought the therapy belt for my husband. He had dislocated his shoulder and has lower back pain regularly. I love that the belt can be used not only on his lower back but around his shoulder too. It made a difference in his pain. The belt shipped quickly and the company reps are very quick to respond to email and answer questions. I lent my device to a friend who was blown away by the effects and how calm the lights made her feel on top of the inflammation reducing.

The product is well made, well packaged, operates as advertised. After two weeks it appears to be helping with the pain associated with ddd, osteoarthritis, peroneal tendon strain and joint pain. Unexpected, I am using the pad on hernia scar, I have bhp, and just experienced my 3rd night of not getting up. Read warnings before using near genitals, My only negative is the constant advertising of products each offering a new and different discount. Why would I want to use an 11% loyalty discount on a item that is 25% at the store site, if these discounts are cumulative you should say so.

I have NOT received my order! I got an email Wednesday that said it looks like your order has arrived and it has not.

ADDENDUM: Order did arrive 2 days after this review. I did not know others would be reading. Sorry if I caused issues. LOVE THE BOOT!

My order came to me incomplete. Customer service offered me 0 help in locating my package. I had to do it all on my own. Customer service took weeks to respond to my emails. Instead of them helping me, I had to figure this mess out by myself. After getting the missing part of my order, I wanted to return it, since it came to me incomplete. I ordered a massage gun from NovaaLab, and I knew I was going to return it (since it came incomplete), so I purchased another massage gun locally. They made me pay for shipping, even though I made no mistakes.

They deliver great service! The pad I received had a faulty connection. All I had to do was send a request with a video of the part, and they immediately shipped me a new connection/plug. This was outstanding service as I have dealt with other red light therapy companies that would not stand behind their project.

What should have been a quick and painless transaction to get an XL pad and a Knee Ultra unit, turned into a stressful mess. I received in a small bubble package the small box that the knee unit was in but the XL pad was not there. When I checked into it with NovaaLab I was told that they were both shipped together so I should have it. And after hours worth of going back and forth for emails with three different people and sending pictures of the bubble envelope that I received, nothing was changing other than I should have XL pad. I was told by a couple different people that it was shipped and I should have it. I even looked up the size of the box, online, that the XL pad would be in and the box is easily twice as long as the bubble envelope that it was supposedly shipped in. And even after I mentioned this fact not one person wrote back and said yeah, that would make sense. Finally, after a couple days I was told that they found the mistake and the two items were separated, before being sent. And ultimately I finally got the missing XL pad.
Though the people I was emailing with were very nice it would have been much better if they communicated more so I wasn't explaining the same story over and over to other people and it would have been great if somebody would have said the obvious that those two items couldn't be in that small envelope.
So far I am liking both of these units and am hoping for the best but have since read a lot of negative reviews where these pads end up with lights that don't work anymore after a little over a year. Kind of scary after spending this much money. I'm hoping for the best!

I love my Novaa Light Pad for deep healing. It has been great on any area I use it on, from the back, to my legs, even sore muscles in my arms. It just feels amazing.

The lights on my NovaaLab pad do not light up bright like the ones in your marketing photos. I think I need to get a replacement.
