After researching RLT you had the best reviews, even with AI like Chat. One thing you should change is the finance offer. I wanted to see what the parameters were but when I clicked "finance" I was declined before I found out that my account with Experian was frozen.
Also I guess I am impatient due to Amazon delivery system, but I'm still waiting for my product after at least 3 or 4 days. Not a big deal, just saying who we get to expect faster service.
I can' say anything about the product obviously.

The light pad has been great for recovery from injuries and reducing inflammation. The product has been well used and as such, some parts have broken, but the company has stood behind the product, even when it was probably out of the true warranty period. Great customer service!

I am a returned customer, as I have ordered red light therapy belts from them before. They have helped tremendously in the healing after my knee replacement surgery. I gave two away and they were very pleased with the results, as well.
