Impressive
Danny price the surveyor was fantastic from start to finish. He called me a couple of times before the visit to understand my concerns, which really put me at ease. As soon as he finished the inspection, he called me straight away to give me a summary. I didn't have to chase anything. The full detailed report came through the very next day, which was impressive. I then called him with a few questions, and he answered every single one clearly and thoroughly. Couldn't ask for more from a surveyor. I highly recommend

Fast and responsive service.
All house purchases tend to be a bit fraught so it was very pleasing to be able to contact Novello quickly and easily and arrange a survey at a convenient time with no fuss. The survey went well with immediate verbal feedback from the surveyor concerned (Ricardo Chamberlain) and a comprehensive report a few days later. I would recommend this firm.

First rate service
I received a voicemail from Charlotte providing me with a quick summary as to how the survey had gone earlier in the day, followed by an e mailed report later that evening. She also made herself available for a telephone call with me later the next morning. That is service!

Questionable
The team was very responsive and customer service was good. However, the report stated that basic features such like water tap and general fittings were all working properly and provided a high rating.
The kitchen tap is broken and I am now have to replace it which means £250 out of my pocket when I could have just simply advised the seller to do so. One of the window is not closing either which means additional cost just after entering the property (yesterday).
This was a RICS survey level 2 and I understand it has its limitation but kitchen taps and windows falls under this survey.
They do not answer any emails.
Very disappointed about the report provided and the content of the information completely wrong.

Novello were professional throughout the whole process.
Ryan completed a highly detailed survey and was able to explain all aspects in a follow up call along with giving recommendations on next steps of the house purchasing journey.
I would have no issue in recommending these guys for anyone looking for a house survey

Great company to deal with
Novello were very quick to respond to my request for a survey quote. They made arrangements with the estate agent and vendor and kept me informed on the date.
Ben Browne called me when he left the property to give me his initial thoughts and then followed up with the written report within a few days.
They are quite expensive but I would recommend Novello as we received a comprehensive survey and are very happy with the service we have received so far.

Brilliant service from the whole Novello team. Our surveyor, Danny Price, was excellent. Provided detailed updates both before & after the survey, turning our report around in less than 24 hours. Fabulous service for us as the buyer & also received compliments from the seller as to his detail and professionalism. Comprehensive Survey Report
Novello Surveyors gave helpful advice when I initially inquired about the options available. Communication was good and the survey was carried out promptly. I received a clear, comprehensive report together with the chance to discuss any area of the report in more detail with the surveyor concerned.
Overall I found Novello Surveyors were competitively priced, courteous, friendly and very helpful.
