Excellent survey and customer service
Ahsan Shad did our Level 2 and produced an incredibly thorough report. He gave us a ring right after he completed the inspection to give initial findings. Later, we had some questions that arose from our solicitors and Ahsan went above and beyond to give us the opportunity to talk things through. Excellent customer service from a very knowledgeable and thorough surveyor.

Danny Price was very professional contacted me prior to the survey to introduce himself and also rang me after the survey to inform me of any findings, he was open and honest and I felt assured that my house had been surveyed to the best of his ability.

Easy to arrange. Great advice quickly organised. Danny who did the surveying was great. Called beforehand to see if I had any concerns then called again afterwards to go through his findings. Full report to follow and another abridged one for my solicitor. Would highly recommend. Thank you 😊

I honestly couldn't recommend Novello…
I honestly couldn't recommend Novello more. From start to finish they were fantastic. Communication was excellent throughout, they were incredibly responsive, and always happy to answer my (many!) questions.
Ben carried out my Level 3 survey and he was absolutely brilliant. He took the time to explain everything over the phone in a way that was easy to understand, even for someone like me who has no knowledge of building surveys. The report itself was also exceptionally clear, well structured and written in plain English, making it so much easier to understand what was actually important.
Buying a property is stressful enough, but Ben made the whole process feel much less overwhelming. I'm really glad I stumbled across Novello and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I ever need another Level 3 survey. Highly recommended!

Excellent service with follow up phone calls
We were kept up to date with the timing of the appointment and a follow up phone call when the survey was completed. A timely detailed report with lots of photos arrived just a couple days later and the option to talk through any issues after we’d had chance to read the report.

Rafaquat Hussain Novello
Rafaquat Hussain at Novello Surveyors I would really recommend. I’m a property investor and he’s surveyed 3 properties for me in the last few months, from a HMO to a flat as well as a Grade II listed house.
Rafaquat is always on hand to have a call and explain any points in the survey. I really like how Novello lay out their reports in terms of condition ratings from immediate to longterm-as well as listing costs. This makes it really easy to present to an estate agent/ seller and is useful when negotiating further price deductions.
