We are first time buyers so there was lots of new terminology but our surveyor Rafaquat Hussain was very supportive and arranged a call to talk through the details and give us confidence to take the next steps.

Great company
As a Solicitor, it is very important that my clients feel as ease during the survey process. Novello does this and more, I cannot recommend them highly enough. It is refreshing to deal with a company that maintain open communication with the client and solicitor and it certainly assists when trying to navigate a tricky situation post-survey! Lisa Hulse, our point of contact, is excellent. She is highly efficient, responds promptly to enquiries, and is always quick to provide quotes for our clients.
The surveyor will usually give us a courtesy call once a survey has been completed, which helps us keep all parties updated and informed. Reports are also returned to clients promptly, ensuring transactions can continue progressing without unnecessary delays.

Amazing customer service
The Novello team made my experience a great one and were always easy to contact. From the outset, they were informative, helpful, and able to match similar quotes, which gave me confidence in choosing them.
After I made payment, there was a slight delay in contacting the estate agent, but once I raised this, the response was excellent and everything progressed quickly.
Claire, in particular, was outstanding throughout the process. She fully understood my situation and acted professionally and efficiently to help arrange my survey. Later, when my circumstances changed and I needed to cancel the survey, Claire was once again incredibly helpful. She assisted me in securing a refund without hesitation and showed genuine understanding of my position.
I am extremely grateful for Claire’s support, professionalism, and excellent customer service throughout my experience with Novello. Based on my experience, I would happily recommend them.
