Outstanding Product, Value, and Service!

I'm in love with the Novex hair masks. I have six different varieties and they make my daughter and I feel like hair goddesses! Nothing else comes close. I live in a high heat and high humidity area. My hair is a diabolical combination of fine texture and 2c curls. These products are the only reason I can leave the house.

I give these products a 5 star rating. They were just what I needed perfect for my hair in every way!

I first discovered Novex while watching a YouTube video so I decided to try it out. Let me say that I have tried a gazillion hair products over my lifetime and I have FINALLY found the product I will use forever. When I used Novex, my hair was so soft and instantly looked healthier and wasn’t dry. I immediately bought more (8) more products and LOVE them all. You can feel the difference after the first use. I have long thick curly hair down to my waist and this stuff is the TRUTH! I have been telling all my girlfriends and relatives about Novex because this is the best hair product ever for women who are trying to give their hair awesome curl pattern without the crunch or flakes. Plus it smells divine! I can’t believe I only found it now but I’m so happy I have!!

Their customer service is always super helpful, extremely responsive, and impeccable overall. Their Mystic Black Hair Mask is a staple deep conditioner for my very curly hair, which just drinks it all up and leaves it super moisturized for days. It smells really good, too. Great prices for the quantity and quality! Their deliveries are always fast, they always have sales, and they give free samples + a coupon for future use with purchases!

I used once and I could feel the difference. My hairs is soft and shiny plus smell so good. I recommend 100%

Yes just recently purchased a few items from you guys and while I wasnt crazy about all of my choices I did love the my curls hair mask, and the superhairfood passion fruit and blueberry shampoo!! I also got the collagen hair mask, the Brazilian hair mask, and 1 other cant remember the name. Of course not all were purchased for me I got these for me and my daughter and the my curls and the super hair food shampoo are my absolute favorite kinda wish i would've only purchased those 2 now cause now I have quite a few bottles of all of the other kinds I'm not too crazy about and none of the shampoos! But I guess you live and you learn through trial and error! Also just because I did not like those products does not mean that some of you will not like them! Just because it wasnt a fit for me and my daughter doesnt mean it couldnt be a fit for you or your daughter! Thanks Novex for your great wide selection of options for hair products!!

Your products are the best for sure and I believe your customer service is also great. Everything with ordering was easy and nice but unfortunately this time with the delivery things weren’t that nice.

Next time I really need to read everything because this time UPS charged me more 35$ and honestly don’t think I will order again because it makes it much more expensive. And also I just knew about it because they sent a notification saying that it was not delivered because it missed a payment.

My first time with you guys was awesome and everything worked perfectly fine, but with this experience paying more than 100$ for something that should be half of it, it’s something that I won’t do again unfortunately because I do love your products that I buy for more than a decade.
