I Informed everyone a named local car dealer company would come and pick up the bike we apparently left behind, but In the aftermath the manager bring on a note that your lady didnt have the correct ID and then keep the bike, and do accor keep the fine running, we payed more than 200.000 bath on the manager but on an official call they dig up a new amount 400.000 baht, I went with a new Ducati franchise for a new pick up, looking at It they preferred If I bought a new

Junk, vinding junk

- we arranged for special treatment, In the lobby due to band-aid care, definitely did carry a clinic bill for proof, but leave out the bike on the vinding aid agenda

- we showed the 200.000 baht manager bill receipt to the official In the airport before the office call to accor Novotel

- when the manager didnt comply on accor policy, we called accor for an evaluation but they were reluctant, and they thereby Involve the client In a religious venom plot

Excellent service at Novotel Canary Wharf

We had a wonderful time at the Canary Wharf Novotel booked in for a birthday weekend celebration . Room had an amazing view of the Thames river.Loved the wellness center and it was kept clean. Breakfast upstairs at the Bokan also super and beautiful view
Highly recommend!

My stay at Novotel Istanbul Zeytinburnu…

My stay at Novotel Istanbul Zeytinburnu was truly exceptional, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I walked into the establishment, the Duty Manager's attention to detail was remarkable. They went out of their way to ensure my check-in was smooth and that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Their professionalism and personalized care truly stood out.

The breakfast staff were absolutely amazing. They were attentive, friendly, and ensured that every guest felt welcomed. The breakfast itself was delightful, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right.

The location, while a little far from the centre of Istanbul, is nestled in a fancy neighborhood with vibrant nightlife and entertainment options just 350 meters away. It's the perfect mix of a peaceful retreat and a lively, fun atmosphere nearby.

I WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK! Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. 😊

Exceptional Service from Tim at Novotel…

Exceptional Service from Tim at Novotel London Tower Bridge

Dear Novotel London Tower Bridge Team,

I wanted to take a moment to personally thank Tim for his outstanding service during our recent stay. We encountered an issue in the morning, and Tim immediately took action to resolve it. Not only did he address the problem efficiently, but he also went above and beyond by offering us a complimentary breakfast and upgrading us to a suite, which completely turned our experience around.

Tim's professionalism and dedication truly made a difference, and his approach turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. It's clear to me that Novotel London Tower Bridge has a fantastic management team that truly values their guests, and I will definitely be choosing your hotel again in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to others.

A huge thank you once again to Tim for his exceptional service.

Hotel Trashed removed at 5.30am outside …

Trashed removed at 5.30am at novetel coventry right below my room... truck winching in and out the big bins... lots crashes and bangs
Big meeting at 8am
Complained to three different staff member ... couldn't have cared less.
Tried to talk to manager over the day but no interest.

NO COMPASSION@NOVOTEL LIVERPOOL CENTRE

Booked a prepaid non-refundable 2 night stay via an agent. Could not travel due OH having an accident.
Didn't ask a refund but a date change to 5 weeks later for 1 night only (although paid for 2) . Even with a hospital note, wouldn't consider it nor show a bit of compassion to me direct nor to the agent.
So much for Christmas spirit!
Definitely not in a hurry to use my Accor Classic card in the future!

No water in hotel

We stayed two nights at Novotel in Wembley. No running water in the hotel on the first evening, then again on the second evening and second morning. No baths, showers, facilities to wash or possibility of filling the kettle. Manager said to email and request a refund. I’ve emailed but had no further contact.

Terrible service @ Manchester

Very unhelpful. Wife was seriously ill on the expected day of arrival and had been in hospital. They were unwilling to even consider changing dates on the reservation.

Friendly but mostly useless

Stayed at the Novotel London Excel for 2 nights. There was 4 of us, staying in 2 rooms. The complimentary beverages were hit and miss as was the servicing of the rooms. (1 teabag each and cups not washed the next day). The room size was ok by London standards but the beds were really uncomfortable and the pillows so thin they were virtually non-existant. Returning to the hotel on the second night we asked if it was possible to get food and were told that the restaurant was not taking any further orders but we could order room service. Tried to do that only the phone in room would not connect to anybody. Came down to ask Reception to be told that they weren't doing room service anymore. Ended up having to order in with Uber who were excellent!! The staff at the hotel were friendly but vacant. They didn't seem to know what was going on and had no solutions to anything, just a smile and a shrug. I've used the Accor group hotels many times and this is the worst experience I've ever had.

Strategic location

Modern hotel very comfortable for those who want to stay in Berlin for a few days, but also perfect for those who want to get to know the city in a weekend. The location is very good, on the museum island, about 5 minutes walk from the museum complex in one direction and by Alexanderplaz in the other. Perfect and central location for getting around the city both on foot and by public transport. The BUS200 stop is right in front of the hotel. Moreover, for every need, a well-stocked supermarket and bakery are located very close to the hotel. The cleanliness is very good in all parts of the hotel even in the restaurant and in the common areas. The rooms are spacious, very clean and quiet. In the room there is a box safe, and a kettle with the necessary for a quick coffee or tea. Wifi works well throughout the hotel.
