Do not use this company it is a scam

Bought Clarins Foundation in May 2021. Still waiting.
A number of chases all to no avail. Wished I had seen this www site before ordering.
Want my money back, please. Thieving dogs.

I ordered a bottle of Aventus and Royal oud. Both bottles were fake. There are good videos on You Tube for spotting fakes. The one from "Chaos fragrance" is particularly good
The Nu Beauty bottles failed the tests. The Royal Oud I ordered was a 120ml bottle but what was sent was a 100ml. i thought I might have some mileage complaining on this basis and indeed they said I could send it back. The problem is no courier will take perfume internationally. I finally found a Bulgarian courier who could take it but they needed a phone number for Nu Beauty and there is no number on the website. So ultimately there was no means to return the bottles.
In short I have been ripped off £280. Be warned

Payment taken - no product. Scammers. Avoid at all costs. Do not buy from Nubeauty.org. They should be closed down and not able to trade.

Received a counterfeit product (confirmed fake by Chanel). Interested that so many of the recent reviews are possible as the website hasnt been working for a month or so now - also note so many people with English names write like non natural English speakers. DO NOT USE.

Do not buy from this company; they took my order & money mid February; no product delivered; stopped replying to me emails. Did not give me posting date or tracking number. They are scammers. Wish I could give it minus stars on this site.

They sent a tracking number for delivery, but Royal Mail advised they need to put through a claim of non delivery, I cant do it myself. Asked so many times, but they haven't done so and are clearly not going to. Chased for months now, no one responds. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY.

I PURCHASED SOME CARLINA HERRERA PERFUME FOR £46.09 ON ORDER NUMBER 11139 ON JANUARY 29TH. GOT A NOTIFICATION THAT MY ORDER HAD BEEN PROCESSED AND MY MONEY TAKEN AND THAT IS THE LAST I HAVE HEARD. IF I COULD GIVE A MINUS EXPERIENCE I WOULD. I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM SOMEONE ABOUT GETTING MY MONEY BACK

I would have given zero if the app would allow! Not only was the perfume extremely delayed in arriving, when it turned up it was clearly fake. The top had no spray nozzle…there is no way to actually get the perfume out of the bottle! Despite contacting customer services I have received no reply. Very disappointed!

My Chanel Allure arrived after a month. It was clearly not genuine both in terms of the packaging as well as the bottle and colour of the liquid inside. The smell was terrible and it had leaked all over the packaging. The declaration form stated that the value was 40 leva (about £17) although it cost me £70! I contacted customer support asking for a refund and they said that I was not allowed to say it was a copy under one of their T&Cs which made me laugh. They said I had to return it (perfume cannot be posted internationally). I had saved for new perfume for a while and sadly these people are making a lot of money from this scam.

Total scam. We never received the goods and they stopped responding to emails. Do not touch them! Website is now ‘closed’ so I can only assume the police are after them. I have reported them to Action Fraud UK. I have never had this happen before. They have grossly inconvenienced me as I don’t have time to chase orders. I have not received my money back. If any British people are reading this, I would say the experience has taught me never to stray from John Lewis ever again; we may be angry over the closing of the Sheffield store but their customer service is second to none. For future reference if a product is only available at Harrods, it is less stress to just pay up. When I consider all this chasing and endless emails was over some YSL Manifesto body lotion, it was not worth it. I wrote emails to this company in English and Bulgarian in case they had placed a work experience kid to manage the daily barrage of complaints they clearly have dumped on them for good reason. They are thieves and should try making an honest living. It is easy to jump on the floccinaucinihilipilification bandwagon but despite the warnings from other people, I really wanted to believe this was a bona fide company. It is a shame as the website was beautiful.

Awful, a product ordered back in April has never arrived although they were very quick to take my money. No response to e-mails chasing my order. Do not use this company, they are thieves!

Shoddy...do not even want to give it one star.

Device died on me the forth time I used it. Went back and forth with Nubeauty...they did nothing...told me send it back and I pay the postage to Canada!
