Spent around £360 nothing arrived was told wait longer now 2 months nothing

Subject: Delivery problem Order #12362 (01 May 2021, 15:32). Order #11829 (23 Mar 2021, 00:20)

I placed an order with Nubeauty.org for a Givenchy Pour Homme by Givenchy for Men Shower Gel 200ml CODE: 3274870305368, which has still not been delivered to me.

I have not yet received my delivery and our originally agreed delivery date is now overdue.

Nice selection of body lotions and shower gels. Great discounts and fast delivery. Would recommend.

Absolutely no response to emails

FAKE! Absolutely shocking! 100% not real FAKE. I always have the same perfume Armani Sì and absolutely love the perfume and received copies packaging (no batch number - fake) and it smells like basic 12 year old perfume.
Not real!
Then to top it off they want me to post back to Bulgaria and pay the postage myself and have been EXTREMELY rude on the emails and all I want is a refund and they won’t even respond back to me because they know it’s fake and not real. Was sold as ‘damaged box’ so I thought the price showed this and the box eventually (3-4 weeks later) showed up and it was pristine. So sold under false pretences. NEVER BUY FROM THESE!!!!!

Dreadful company they take your money and dont send the purchase.
They have stopped using Paypal as they have to return the purchase price.
Also seems they send fake perfume, see below.

Ordered Chanel Bleu and it was £40 cheaper allegedly because there was no box. Arrived fully boxed unopened. Smells nothing like CB. The company said I wasn’t qualified to assess their products. Only worn it for 10 years. Told me to refrain from derogatory and defamatory comments....in line with their T&C’s. You are prohibited from sending perfume overseas so cannot return the item. COUNTERFEIT

I have been waiting 3 months now for a perfume I ordered for my neices 18th birthday. At this rate, it will arrive in time for her 19th birthday! Is this a scam company?

I have only hit a star because I had to in order to write this my husband has paid £70 on Order #12095 and it is a complete fake bottle of Chanel chance absolutely disgusting you should see the printing on bottle and top lid and printed stamp it is shocking we shall
Demand a refund as this is shocking that they can operate in this manner ripping people off in This way this was a gift during Covid height of lockdown couldn’t get to shops and only just arrived ordered more than a month half ago and this is how you are treated out of pocket refund so disappointed saddened about this and the way you are treated please can something be done about this

Poor communication.
Requested cancellation refund immediately after placing order. This request was ignored.
Was informed the following day item was on a europallet and providing me with tracking would be pointless. Refused to respond to any emails. Have now opened a dispute with bank to recover the costs. Still no item received.

Please save yourself the time and money, if the price is too good to be true - it’s not legitimate!

Wow prompt reply on trust pilot - 4hrs, what a shame they can’t reply to emails. nubeauty please feel free to provide me with the tracking number for everyone to see.

Warning! Fake perfumes. I am so utterly disgusted by this company. The perfume I bought was obviously fake. Smell, performance, the bottle is a joke. When you confront them, they say it is an original and ask to send it back to Bulgaria. Problem is that it is illegal to send a fragrance as it is a prohibited good. They take full advantage of it. They know, no-one will send it back. I assume that even that would not result in a refund. So they sell fake goods, and then they threaten you with some legal action against you.

I am so angry with myself that I didn't check them before purchasing. I see many same stories to mine here.

Got a couple of creed perfumes, both of them are fake and arrived after a month.

After seeing nu beauty reply I've uploaded what you get after placing the order. I had an original irish tweed you can see against the fake. For the Himalaya, pictures speak by themselves...

Nu Beauty are thieves and liars. The Thierry Mugler they have sent me cost me £51.77 and it is completely fake!!!! There are videos all over YouTube showing the differences between a real and a fake and I have been sold a perfect fake at the price of the genuine article. Please don’t use Nu Beauty as they are rip off merchants!!

Abhorrent company. Cancelled my order before dispatch, they failed to reply to my email until after dispatch. Now won't give me a refund. Still no product. Ordered in March. DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

Received 2 of the 4 perfumes I spent just under 250 pound and when its arrived its fake the pictures are totally different to the actual product so wat i was to belive should of been in a red bottle where you can't see the product this came in clear bottle and the product is red in colour totally disgusting and this shouldn't be allowed to happen ur giving fauls information to customers so where led to believe where getting a genuine purchase and this is not the case

Terrible service,
I have been waiting for nearly a month and a half for the perfume I ordered for my wife, still no perfume and no response on email except telling me it will take 30 days even though we are nearly on 50.
Absolutely crazy.

It's horrible they don't send your order
You email after a month and they said its still in transit...
Never replies again steals your money and you need to report to fraud department.
Absolutely a scam

Delivery time for a simple everyday order is unbelievably slow - and I mean - I think it might be stuck in the Suez Canal !!
