I ordered Dior Sauvage EDP, it has taken nearly a month to arrive and when I got the delivery today it was the WRONG item. It was instead an EDT which is FAKE because of how many discrepancies from the real one there are in the packaging and bottle...

There is no customer support number, only an email address that RARELY responds. You might think you're getting a good deal but just go with one of the more legitimate stockists because you are headed for a nightmare.

I want a refund!

Placed an order 2 months ago and still haven't received it! Emailed twice, no reply and try to find another contact method or get tracking info from the website to find the site has been "closed"!!

Product never arrived.
Never order anything from this website.
Waste of time and money.

To all potential Nubeauty customers, I say: watch out! These people are crooks.

A lot of other reviews of Nubeauty on Trustpilot have focused on the counterfeit goods supplied by this rogue website. But the racket seems to have moved on: they now send you nothing at all, yet manage to maintain the pretence that items were delivered.

Here’s how the defrauders work.

I ordered some £73 worth of goods from Nubeauty on 23 March. The 'vendor' appeared to operate out of Sofia, Bulgaria. 'Trade Services Ltd', not Nubeauty, went down on my credit card statement. An alleged tracking number was provided by Nubeauty.

Two months on, and nothing received. No response whatsoever from Nubeauty to my enquiries.

I put the tracking number in Royal Mail's 'track your delivery' facility. It came up with a signature and indicated that it had been signed for by someone called 'CV 19'. It was nothing like my signature, and my name is not CV 19.

I contacted Royal Mail. They said the tracking number was for a completely different and probably fraudulent address, and the same tracking number had been used many times. Large numbers of other people have contacted Royal Mail complaining of the same scam.

Luckily I paid by credit card and managed to get the sum refunded, but you may not be so lucky.

Nubeauty? Nubeast, more like. Avoid these con artists at all costs.

FAKE ! FAKE! FAKE! My fellow brits stay clear they will take your money and send a uk royal mail tracking number but the item is coming from Bulgaria ! When items arrive if they do They are fake I have proof so please do not take down my review as it’s the truth I am prepared to post proof! Nu beauty shame on you for taking down my review you won’t respond to my messages but you have the nerve to be flagging my review just be honest and tell the customers that your products are fake at least then we can make that decision whether to buy or not. But it’s illegal to be selling fake products as real! And trust pilot every word is true I can send proof to anyone who requires it.

Seem to be fraudsters. Give you long delivery dates, presumably hoping you’ll forget about your order. Items do not arrive and they don’t respond to refund requests.

Scam! I did a search for Chanel mademoiselle and Nu beauty came up as a cheaper option as they claimed it had a damaged box. As I wanted it for myself and not a present that was fine. I started realising I’d been conned when I realised it was coming from Bulgaria. It took a month to arrive. The perfume was bright pink, not what it should look like, although the bottle itself looks quite realistic. The scent disappears immediately. What a shame! That’s £50.00 down the drain. My own fault for not checking the reviews or if they even have a website. I got complacent!!! I’ll need to keep an eye on my bank account now to make sure they don’t use my bank details.

This company is a fraud, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING...they state its original when I asked if I could send it back, have been using the perfume for ages and the one received was clearly fake....still trying to receivey money back, also the perfume last 10min on your skin.....

The box looked great, but the bottle is not full of liquid that smells like Chanel Bleu. I attach some photos of the black bottle was imperfect compared to a genuine Chanel bottle. Note the offset cap print, damaged spray and lack of text on the back.

Took a month to arrive I didn't read the clause..silly me. When it finally arrived i don't believe the perfume is authentic...they state its original when I asked and I could send it back. The bottle marked and doesn't look authentic. Worn this perfume for 20 years ..pay cheaper I should have known better...so I'm letting you all know!!

Fake and can't spray mine as it comes out the side. Somebody needs to bomb the factory as that will take the sting out of these thieving scum. Also Google are to blame for allowing them to trade. Would love to spend a few minutes in a dark room with the owner and pummel him to death

Yeah whatever "eventually" showed up was not Chanel Bleu, smells like air freshener which is probably what I'll use it for, the bathroom to help mask those other nasty smells, however since it's most likely been watered down the smell only lasts for about 10-20 mins. Oh well c'est la vie I've learnt my lesson should have read the other reviews on here first! This website really needs to be taken down I can't imagine anything from here is legit. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Bought creed aventus for £110 and yes it is FAKE.

Item never arrived, phone is on voicemail. No response to E-mail. Will try to claim money back via bank.

Been waiting for my order never received it. The money has been taken from my account. Still waiting.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering Chanel perfume and body lotion for my girlfriend, plus aftershave for myself, total £107 for the three items. I didn’t realise I was dealing with a Bulgarian company until my order had been processed. After a lengthy delivery time, Only the “Chanel” perfume arrived. The perfume intensity was very weak, didn’t last, and didn’t resemble the same product that we have purchased elsewhere in the past. I e.mailed Nubeauty, enquiring on the rest of my order and advised them that the perfume was substandard. They chose to ignore my missing items but advised that I could return the faulty perfume un-opened in its original packaging and they will refund. Well one of the previous reviewers was quite correct...we are prohibited from posting perfume to destinations outside of the UK (I actually went to the post office to try). I have asked for a refund for the missing items, but again they are just ignoring me. I have my credit card provider on the case now. So please be warned.

Amazing products at a competitive price. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, being able to recommend products to suit your needs. Delivery was fast too!
