Please don't use this company. Never sent products. Ordered 10/02/2021 due to be delivered 13th March. Items didn't arrive. I contacted Nu who advised me there was a delay with the postal systerm my items will arrive by April 5th. I emailed again, didn't receive a reply. I then logged a dispute via Paypal who emailed Nubeauty...straight away I received a cancellation email from Nu and money refunded that day.

I purchased a bottle of perfume for my partner’s Birthday, Allowed 6 weeks to come. Well after 4 weeks I emailed to ask where purchase was to get a reply saying it was running late but would be here by her Birthday. Well it didn’t arrive and they didn’t answer any emails. I lucky paid by PayPal and did get a refund from PayPal but did not get an apology at all. Very poor service!

Ordered Chanel shower gel on the 14th February 2021. Funds were taken out of my account the next day. Email confirmed my order had been dispatched and expected delivery was 7th March. Have emailed NuBeauty twice for an update but no response from them. I have no choice but to raise a dispute about the seller with PayPal. Very disappointed customer.

I ordered a bottle of Chanel perfume for my wife's birthday. It was faulty - when the button was pressed it produced a jet of liquid instead of a fine spray. I complained to Nu Beauty and was told to return it to them. I sent it via Royal Mail as I did not realise that sending perfume internationally is prohibited. It is stuck in Bulgarian Customs and Royal Mail refuse to pay compensation because of the prohibition. Nu Beauty should be aware of the prohibition and probably should not be sending perfume to the UK. Do not buy perfume from this company!

Shocking - avoid at all costs. Three months later, no product, no response - disgrace

If I could give less than one star I would. They are straight up scammers. Do not order anything from them. After reading all their terrible reviews, I emailed them multiple times asking to cancel an order because it states in their ‘terms and conditions’ that orders can be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch. They chose to ignore my emails and dispatch the fake product anyway. This will be sent straight back to them using an overland courier. It’s just bizarre that they think they can get away with this considering laws are in place in the UK to protect consumers from this exact thing.

SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Paid £70 for DIOR perfume which has not arrived after 3 months, they have a tracker which has false delivery and something that looks like an X for signature which is NOT my signature. DO NOT BE CONNED LIKE ME AND MANY OTHERS HAVE. Dior perfume never arrived, false signature on tracking!

Very sadly I did not see these reviews. These people are completely immoral. We hear of people who just scam anyone without a care.
Well these are scammers. Took my money no fragrance. Then had the nerve to say caught in the post!!
They Don’t reply to emails. Take your money. If anyone can tell me I wrong I call this stealing? I wonder how proud their families would be!

I am absolutely gutted with how I have been treated by this company complete scam artists!!!! I ordered 80ml lady million paco rabanne perfume beginning of jan and only just received it today is March 17th!! And what’s worse is It’s a fake!!!! All that money I paid for it and it’s a fake!!! It gave me a rash and burnt my skin, smells nothing like it should and is bright orange when the actual one isn’t!!! It has a plastic lid and says tester on a sticker also!!!! Even a tester doesn’t look or smell like this!! They stole my money as they have ignored me and won’t reply for my request of a refund and now I have read others reviews of them I’m actually going to take this further they need investigating it’s illegal and ridiculous!!!! I want a full refund not this cheap fake rubbish that burns its disgusting absolute con artists and I will take legal action just for the principal of it. Disgusting treatment of people,very upset.

I ordered some perfume 3 months ago. It was never delivered and I didn't get my money back. I lost £55. Don't buy from this company. NuBeauty or TREYD SARVISIZ EOOD. These companies are a scam.

On 29th December my partner purchased myself a bottle of coco chanel eau de parfum 100ml, at first it didn't arrive until I chased it, then when it finally came it was fake. Luckily it was purchased through PayPal and I got my money back. It wasn't even worth trying to return it as it ended back on my doorstep. Anyway I have today received my real perfume from boot's the chemist. The bottle top was plastic which it shouldn't be as the real coco has a glass lid which is a lot heavier also other faults. Very upsetting experience. Thank goodness I was lucky.

This is my third and last comment on Trustpilot about Nubeauty.org. I'm not angry customer, I'm disappointed customer.
So I ordered for 120£ Channel Blue Eau De Parfume, waited a MONTH to receive two 100ml packages. Received in original PAPER BOX packaging packed water, alcohol and some perfume dilution mix. Really well made packing but what is inside spray is different story. These guys are looking for customers that don't know what is original and not expecting to be scamed. I was one of them - thought will not get scammed and other comments just over reacting buyers anger. Seller will not admit its fake and will request Trustpilot to delete your comments - as damaging companies name and bringing financial loss. Will delete all negative comments on their Nubeauty.org website. Mine was deleted without warning.
Why I'm writing? It's because I got good news from PayPal. If you get scammed by them PLEASE PLEASE BOTHER YOUR BANK AND PayPal. You can ship Nubeauty.org fraudulent items back and you can claim up to 15£ shipping cost from PayPal. I'm glad Post Office in UK told me estimate for 2× 100ml will be around 14.20£ for tracked shipping back to Bulgaria in 2021. Scammers without shame. Will leave you spending your own money to get rid of their FAKE perfume. :)

Avoid at all cost. Ordered Tom Ford on 29th of jan recieved 2nd of march. It is not genuine.i I emailed them straight away they did reply with a generic email telling me I wasn't qualified to say it was counterfeit. I was then told i would get a refund if i returned it but they know full well this is not permitted as it's classed as a dangerous substance. I opened a case through PayPal but they too are saying I have to return it in order to recieve a refund and told me to try another courier other than royal mail so I have just been searching and the cheapest quote is £24 thus i would only be getting back half of what I paid. What a despicable company this is. Please please don't buy from them they are just big fat con artists.

I placed an order on this website because of the good price but as soon as I had placed the order, I realised it looked a bit dodgy. I read all the terrible reviews about months for delivery and fake and damaged goods. I tried to cancel but there was no option for this on the site. I e-mailed them immediately, quoting their T&Cs that say you can cancel before dispatch. Over the next week and half, I e-mailed 4 more times but got no reply and no refund. I then contacted the seller through the resolution centre in PayPal, attached the e-mails showing I had tried to cancel. I got an e-mail from the seller within 60 seconds to say my order had been cancelled but no sign of a refund. I went straight back into the PayPal resolution centre and sent a message to thank them for the cancellation e-mail but asking them to refund the money back to me. I got a refund later that day. It has taught me a valuable lesson - always research the sites I am buying from if I have not used them before and don’t be seduced by a saving if it’s too good to be true!

I would avoid this company unless you want a load of hassle!
The reviews I have read on this webpage have summed up the issue in one.
It has been nearly two months since I ordered some perfume with no perfume as yet to show for it. I was first concerned when my dispatch note contained no tracking information which in 2021 for any company, is a must and not really that much to request! I have since contacted this company twice simply asking for the tracking information so I can locate my item. I have been ignored on both occasions.
I’ve now had to open a dispute with PayPal in the hope for a refund.
I look forward to the reply from Nu Beauty here stating this is defamatory content which does not correspond with the facts. Why not just email me back? It really doesn’t take that long to send a tracking number.
In light of the horrendous year the world has suffered, it’s sometimes the small perks that make us smile, whether we’re treating ourselves or those nearest to us or even heroes on the front line. And you’ve ruined that small spark of hope some of us were hoping for amid this hardship. You’ve added to the strain we’re all already experiencing and taking our money too. I’d feel shamed if I were in your place.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE, IN MY OPINION THE GOODS ARE FAKE.

I have sent pictures of the product to the anti-Freud department of Chanel. PLEASE do the same for any goods you receive that you believe are fake as the brand company will take action against any illegal counterfeiting.

Since I emailed NU Beauty that I have contacted Chanel, I haven’t heard a word from NU Beauty, surprise surprise!

Funny, you replied to my review but not my emails where I informed you I was contacting Chanel. Please feel free to call me to discuss refunding me for the goods.

I’ve just noticed the below response is standard reply from NU Beauty, as they have sent the same message to other customers who have highlighted their goods are counterfeit.

I have also emailed the police in Bulgaria re this company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!I purchased perfume,waited for over a month,when it arrived it was a blatant fake counterfit. After confirming its inauthenticity,I Had to escalate it with PayPal to get my refund as he was demanding I returned it first,which would not be cheap p+p from UK to Bulgaria!! Edit: in response to the sellers reply below,absolute joke that he's denying all knowledge of selling counterfeit goods and trying to blame shift with the suggestion of "defamatory accusations" being made.Wow,myself and many other reviewers on here are clearly the ones basing their experiences on fact and are quite within their rights to share openly so others are not scammed like we were,its what reviews are for!

Ordered perfume early Feb with estimated delivery 24th of Feb. When nothing arrived I googled company and read reviews that perfume products are counterfeit. Contacted PayPal who acted in my favour and are seeking refund. Received email from Nu beauty which oddly (or not) was in my junk mail, saying order was cancelled. Hopefully money back in my account soon.

Waited over 6 weeks for some perfume to arrive, only to find out I've spent £45.00 on fake perfume. Wish I'd read all the reviews first. NuBeauty have offered a refund if I send back the counterfeit goods, which will cost me £35.00 for the privilege . Bought through Paypal, who aren't helping to contact the seller and NuBeauty are ignoring my e mails. I've asked for confirmation that I will get the shipping cost back, but no one will confirm.
How on earth this company can say this doesn't correspond with the facts is utter rubbish, and trustpilot want me to prove this. Not a problem, I will.
PLEASE EVERYONE SAVE YOUR MONEY.
