This is a horrible company. Stay away. The product wasn’t the one listed on the website and then they tell you once you open and set it up that it’s not returnable. They take days to respond and always try to find a way stall/avoid. The product is not great either: poor quality, smells like horrible plastic chemicals, and is very small (which is why they don’t give you the dimensions of it when it’s setup).

False advertising, bought a Sauna Pro and recieved a Sauna go that is half the size of what I paid for. Emailed and they said it's the only one they make now and it isn't even listed on their site. Buyers beware.

I waited a ridiculous amount of time for delivery from China!

I never even received my product. When I ordered the SaunaPro, I was told it would ship within 7 business days. A shipping label was created 12 hours after my order, but the item never even shipped. Customer service is absolutely horrible and all automated so all you get are pre-prompted messages. After two weeks of waiting I tried to cancel the order, but the system decided since a shipping label was made, I couldn’t cancel. Had to get my bank involved to finally get my money back and cancel the order. Accurate information is important. Customers don’t want to be lied to. Fix your system. Put the human element back in it. AI is garbage and not as reliable as you think.

So scammy. I ordered a sauna that said it shipped. After 6 days of no movement on the tracking, I finally reached out to my Credit Card company to reverse the charge since it was fraudulent. The refund happened almost immediately, and what do you know -- still no sauna.

So, they'll say they ship it...but rest assured, it won't.

I as well as others were concerned over the negative reviews posted on here. My experience has been great! I received the latest model which heats to 185 degrees. I purchased a sauna thermometer to double check the heat and it shows a peak of 200! The shorter height of it allows you to be in the hottest environment as if were any taller most of the heat would rise well above your head. I and my son have been using this sauna 5 to 7 days per week for the past three weeks and have no plans of stopping. It allows our recovery from powerlifting workouts to be sped up and I have actually shed some weight while getting more reps in the gym. Anyone who has been lifting for a while knows how difficult or downright impossible that is to do! My only negative is the shipping time as it was mailed from overseas. Would definitely recommend to friends!

It’s a total scam. I knew the second that I purchased, and it gave me a discount code if I promote their product online to scam others. Less than 10 minutes after placing the order, I tried to cancel it. No response. Then, 4 days later, I received an email with the tracking number saying “so sorry but we just shipped it so it’s too late”. They hadn’t shipped it yet. Still, 5 days after that, the tracking label is the only thing made and it hasn’t yet left their warehouse at all. Once they have your money, good luck getting it back.

I ordered my sauna pro on April 18, it was “supposedly” shipped on the 20th of April but fedex has not received it as of yet. When I contact customer service the are complete buttheads. They don’t care about shipping, customer service, or trying to help you. They the forever and a day to get back with you. The owner/ ceo/ president allows this. You know they see all these reviews but yet does nothing about it. I am super scared that I won’t receive my product. Nurecover, you all can and should do better. Get your head out of your butts and provide good quality customer service.

I made a purchase almost a month ago for the sauna spending a little over 400 dollars. The shipping information they provided has not been updated for over 10 days and its now been almost 3 weeks since the promised "delivery" date when purchasing. Ive reached out to the automated email numerous times and the phone number i found online to only be able to reach an automated chat response that just keeps telling me its "in route" with no actual tracking updates. I believe this is all a scam.

Sauna worked ok for the first 15 times then the steamer pod stopped working. It was very cheap and I honestly expected something a lot better for the price. You can buy the same steam pod on amazon for $50. They wouldn’t even send me a replacement either. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience. Total waste of money I would not recommend buying this.

They had promised 20% refund for the delay that was two weeks ago and nothing happened!!!?
I think this company going down and it’s trying to make as much money as possible with all this promotion! Don't get fooled by this promotion, it's all scam. You won't receive it, or maybe you will receive it after a couple of months. Basically, 3 to 5 days delivery, as they're saying, it's a complete lie and it's a scam.
Shame it used to be a good company…

Scam company

Same experience as other users. Their website advertises the specs of the Pro model and claims you can stand in it up to 6'1" tall. But they deliver a smaller version that is only 4'10" tall. When I pressed CS they twice told me I got what I ordered and that their old Go model has been rebranded as the Pro model and it is now the only model they offer. But the literature that comes with the unit still shows three models (Go, Pro, Plus). The current website maybe supports they are only offering one model but it is advertising the specs for the larger Pro model to this day, despite CS saying repeatedly they now only offer the smaller model. So far no luck getting a refund either. Shady.

This company is a scam. First, the shipment was 4 weeks late. When it arrived it was worthless. The poles do not screw together. The male and female components do not even fit. I had multiple people try. I reached out to customer service and got ghosted. This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I can’t use this product and I can’t even get anyone at the company to fix it.

I read all these negative reviews and honestly my experience is the exact opposite.
This sauna I purchased is the single unit.
It gets up to 185 on the thermostat and holds the heat very well. The unit did smell on the initial turn on but once it ran for a little while the smell alleviated as with any new heated metal device.
The battery operated red light works fine and has a protective coating, I do not fear it will be a hazard. I love my sauna for the price I got it.
Customer service has also been amazing and responded to me quickly with three questions I had about delivery and the red light.
I was not scammed on this purchase and I love how quick it heats up and holds temperature.

I don’t think anything was wrong, it’s just once I received the sauna, its features wasn’t to my liking. The heating unit that produced hot air also gave a smell of metal, as well the fan unit used to cool it, you can hear it so I didn’t want the noise. The red light battery pack got very hot so that made me think it could pose a fire hazard. I’m more accustomed to infrared heating so this just wasn’t a good fit for me.

I placed an order on 2-15-26 for the chiller bundle that was supposed to come with a sauna pro I received everything else that I ordered but no sauna pro. So far customer service by email has been a waste of time with generic responses but no real updates. It’s unfortunate because the things I did receive seem decent but at this point based on the horrible customer service I would not recommend this company to anyone!

About a month ago, I made the mistake of ordering a SaunaPro before reading any reviews. After doing some research, I immediately requested to cancel the order. I received written confirmation that it was canceled and was promised a refund within 15 days.

That refund never came.

After multiple follow-ups with Nurecover, I was given excuses and told to wait an additional 10 business days. Then, unbelievably, I received an email stating that my order had shipped—despite clear prior confirmation that it had been canceled.

This is not just poor customer service—it’s completely unacceptable business practice. Charging a customer, confirming a cancellation, delaying the refund, and then shipping the product anyway raises serious concerns.

Avoid this company. I will be pursuing a chargeback and taking further action if necessary.

Lie and deceive seems to be their motto. Takes much longer to deliver than they advertise only to then receive the cheaper go version tent having paid for the larger pro version. I'm awaiting the inevitable poor excuse and refusal of some money back or actually sending me the correct one. No doubt try to charge me for their mistake. Been such a let down to open on birthday. I would definitely avoid unless they rectify it properly promptly
