Update to my Original Review

I would have given zero stars if I could (originally). They hired a shipping company with ZERO customer service. They don't return p[hone calls ! Charged me $2.50 shipping insurance when I made the purchase, and when I never got my package, told me it wasn't covered under the shipping insurance as it was the fault of the shipping company. UPDATE PART: after numerous back and fourth emails, the company issued me a refund, as they had trouble reaching the shipping company also. Although is wasn't the companies fault that the shipping company failed them, they gave me back my money. Nice to know some companies still take care of their customers. Happy that this negative story turned positive !!

Item never arrived.. didn't know it was shipped from China. STAY AWAY

Ordered product, didn't know it was coming from China, shipping took forever, only to find out the order never arrived with les from shipping 'Recipient refused order.' How can you refuse something that never arrived.

Tracking was confusing and unorganized. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!
