I emailed these guys loads of times asking for a replacement trouser chain, sent the pictures they requested, lied to me for weeks saying yeah it’s being delivered, then it’s an issue with the “Dispatch” so I took to
Social media and left a scam comment on loads of their posts, still nothing, then they had the absolute cheek to send me a £20 “Gift” card when the trouser chain was about £27 lol so they can’t even refund me my money after requesting a refund, so basically send me some BS trouser chain which was broken and won’t refund me my money but have the cheek to send me
A £20 store credit! lol these guys are absolutely disgusting, fraudsters who do not care about customers they just care about what celebrity rapper they can to wear their clothes! Absolutely diabolical company, Nev what a idiot

Ordered before 7:30pm for NDD did not receive order for over a week!
Ordered on the 31st of March for next day delivery, was still waiting after a week. Sent an email and was told that one of the items i had ordered was out of stock and would I like a refund or exchange. To then be told “sorry for the confusion your delivery is on its way” i genuinely think for what ever reason my order was missed. So service abit rubbish considering they are advertising next day delivery if ordered before 7:30pm. Apart from this, the quality of the clothing is great and the fit is also really nice

Not only was the package delivered a week late but they sent the wrong size.
Customer service refusing to send out correct size.
Until they have the first one back, they cannot prove the have the correct in stock either.
Who knows how long until that gets processed.
Poorly managed service.

I came across this company by accident. I was searching the Internet for the latest designer jeans and found N V L T Y London. Their stock looked awesome, so I gave them a try. I was pleased with their quick service and speedy delivery. The jeans fitted perfectly and so comfortable. I was so impressed that I have purchased more clothes from them. Try them out. I ordered an item for £99 on 1st April for an event I was supposed to attend on the 3rd of April. On the NVLTY website it says GURANTEED NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY FOR ALL ORDERS OVER £80 placed before 7:30pm. It’s now 6th April I have not received my item and NVLTY are refusing to refund my payment.
