Still utterly utterly useless

Still utterly utterly useless. Prices have just gone up, still can't offer a service resembling anything remotely decent. Still couldn't organise a p!$$-up in the local Wetherspoons. Every route these clowns operate is late, there are no-shows every day. Poorly planned routes, dirty buses, slow tedious journeys, it takes two hours to travel six or seven miles, unreliable, no integration of timetables between bus routes. Hopeless, sack the lot of them off.

Worst drivers ever

Worst drivers ever
This has been happening for 3 days now. When the bus arrives it opens its doors and the driver didint see me coming in i said can u open the door he said no you’re late. Mate im literally standing in front of the door at the bus station where at the end of the road there is a red light

Generally good service with some issues.

The seats in the coach were comfortable, though a foot rest would be appreciated. The ride was somewhat bumpy and the emergency exit door rattled somewhat alarmingly! My main complaint is with Victoria Coach Station. The toilets in Arrivals are disgusting and there's not enough seating in Departures. Signs to the Coach Station are non-existent once you leave the Tube station, I had to ask the way 2 or 3 times.

Horrendous

Horrendous. Missed 2 due times. Very unreliable and feels like a waste. They should put specific times when buses will arrive but right now, buses are just awful

Visiting people in Coventry

Visiting people in Coventry, got on a bus 1 mile there, 1 mile back £4.80!!!!
The same journeys in London would cost £1.75
Is no way they can justify that!
If I lived there, I wouldn't live there!

AWFUL

AWFUL. Worst city and council I’ve ever encountered. Then the bus service… had the wrong destination written in the LED on the front of the bus… so no one put their hand out because why would they? absolutely ridiculous. What a joke of a service and city.

I wish I could give a 0 star review

I wish I could give a 0 star review. Horrible service, never on time the bus is always delayed and when it's not it leaves earlier than it supposed to. The bus driver don't stop on the bus stop when they are delayed. There was a road detour and the bus driver didn't mentioned and it was announced anywhere. Had to get off to a random stop to get a taxi. Please be a bit professional and treat the customers better. I really wish I could put a complaint in as it's causing me so much distress over commuting with NX west Midlands.

Poorest service

I've never really had a good experience with Buses at Coventry, but sometimes it gets so worse tat putting a review becomes essential. Today without any prior notice or board for diversion,buses won't stop at the Riley square bus stop, such a poor service that reviewing the same is useless. Ederly people, pregnant ladies standing and waiting and the bus driver who could have easily stopped, doesn't want to,no board anywhere says that there is an alternative bus stop. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME TO WAIT FOR BUSES IN COVENTRY.

The most horrible public transport…

The most horrible public transport network. You can have the schedule for the buses and it will be as useless as anything. You can as well get off from your house three hours before time cos that's the only way you are getting a bus. Recommendation:total overhaul or scrap the bus schedule at bus stops as they are useless.
