Sorted out a double payment problem really quickly and gave me an excellent on an Oscilloscope that I purchased through Element 14.
I have always had prompt answers to my enquiries.

We used element14 as they stocked some hard to find parts, we had a breakdown and needed these parts next day. We placed our order in the afternoon and was surprised to them being delivered early next morning.

Good service and product range, will use in future.

Generally everything ships fast. Occasional supply issues are quickly resolved by the service desk staff.

Great personal customer support, and a very wide range of products. If item is in local stock, shipping is quick and efficient. Any issues are quickly resolved.

there is a large range of stock which means I almost always find the item I am looking for, in most cases it is delivered the next day and it is very easy to get a copy of an invoice if necessary.

The delivery took a bit longer that I thought as it had to be sent from elsewhere even though it said there was plenty in Stock. Was a bit confusing to work out when it would arrive.

Other then that all was good and will order again.

Other than a few logistical hiccups (which were resolved in a satisfactory manner) Element14 has done everything that I expected of them.

Well, not much to add except to say that there were no problems with the order & I receives the goods quickly. I am very happy with my Element 14 experience.

This supplier has a great on-line cataloge. Ordering is easy and I cannot recall any serious problem with supply. On the single instance I can recall where an incorrect item was dispatched a single phone call had the issue rectified.

Being able to order and pay at any time of day or night is a plus for me, and the quick delivery can't be faulted.

While the same day shipping claim sounds nice, in my experience whenever I've REALLY needed to ship the same day, it doesn't. Often an order will sit 'pending' until you phone them and ask whats happening..the answer is always the same 'We had a problem but will get that out now, we are sorry'. If I hadn't phoned, would it have sat there 'pending' for days or weeks?
Don't rely on their stock counts either, often an item showing as 'in stock for next day delivery' is not in stock at all. Buyer beware.

Good service and competitive pricing with a large range of stocked items.
Purchasing a lot items from one source saves time.
There service has had some minor bumps along the way but generally they have been sorted out with the help of our rep.
