good range, not always the easiest to find!
although they have a good range it can be difficult to search for stuff. i usually have to go in with a broader search and then narrow down the categories. would be easier if you could just type all relevant search words relating to the product and it finds it from there

Straightforward but off-timing
Straightforward processing but post-order delivery estimates deviated substantially from those stated prior to order. Resulted in multiple deliveries over 2 weeks. A problem if you have to arrange to be on-site to receive deliveries.

Good, with occasional glitches
Element14 normally delivers the goods in 24 hours. Sometimes things change and an item can change from, at the worst, available in a week to discontinued.
Occasionally the wrong item is delivered and this is replaced in a hassle free manner.

Good all round supplier
Trouble free service, broad range and prompt delivery with the infrequent exception of stock ex-UK.
Notably the freight free limit that we had has increased, so we now have to balance the total cost of dealing with E14 vs. other suppliers.
