Premium service by a very high end and well-equipped dentist. The staff all go above and beyond to provide a friendly and excellent dental visit

Was booked in with Halit Dervis for an Airflow Clean and Polish and had a wonderful experience! He really took the time to listen to my concerns before the procedure and did a thoroughly fantastic job! My teeth look great and feel so clean. Great aftercare and advice, too. Will definitely return. Highly recommend.

The staff here are incredible , so lovely and attentive . I felt at ease throughout , everything was explained clearly . The practice itself is clean, relaxing and there are thoughtful touches from when you walk in. Would definitely recommend the us practice , for excellent service, knowledgable and friendly staff and high standard of treatment .

Having visited this practice for well over 50 years I have been receiving excellent service all this time. Dr. Hayer has been so mannerly and professional and has ensured my teeth have remained in excellent condition. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel special, truly an amazing dental practice.

Having spoken to Caitlin over the phone today and explained that another dental practice has cancelled on me twice, she quickly managed to fit me in for an appointment with the team for an airflow cleaning appointment.

Upon arriving the dental practice looks amazing and is truly a 5 star experience. The smell was amazing! So much so upon complimenting the smell, I was handed a gift on a insense stick which I didn't expect. I was greated by Caitlin at the desk and she quickly took my details and made sure I was looked after.

The dentist talked me through the airflow appointment and provided me with all the knowledge I needed for what the process would be and the aftercare. He was super friendly and very welcoming. The dental nurse was super friendly and made sure I was comfortable, ensuring to provide the perfect service. A great duo. Compliments to both on there work. I left feeling my teeth where clean and I felt looked after with the proper advice I required.

Oakdale dental is an amazing practice. I'm looking forward to visiting them soon for another appointment.

Ive had such a bad experience at the dentists that like most I dread going but every single member of staff i came across at Oak Dale were amazing my very first appointment with Harvinder he made me feel at ease explained everything in detail and gave me advice on the best treatments for my needs. This was then also emailed to me for me to read through before agreeing to any treatment. I was so impressed i booked in for a hygienist appointment with Rasha who took time to listen to my concerns and was so gentle that was the first hygienist appointment I came out smiling from. I would highly recommend Oak Dale.

Knowledgeable, professional, warm, inviting - all the accolades aren't really enough. Everyone at this practice is super professional and friendly. Excellent customer service and amazing standard of dentistry and advice. Wouldn't go anywhere else and wish I'd found them years & years ago.

Extremely helpful staff with smiling faces..

I am back with a little update. Just came home from the Oakdale Dental, this time it is not a regular checkup, an emergency appointment which, by the way, was set straight away after my phone call. As always - you need help, you get it. They always find a spot for you, at least, for quick check, no matter how busy they are. Actually, they really are. And again, I would like to pay my respect and gratefulness to amazing dentist Dr. Chintan Patel for his patience, determination and excellent competence. But the most important thing, which caught my attention today and encouraged this review is a fact, that they never surrender! No matter how challenging is your case, no matter if it seems there is no options left, no matter how long it takes to try again and again, applying different professional techniques, searching for new ways to move with a new decision etc. - they don't stop, until they help you. My issue is a long-term and not easy to resolve fully, it's is a recurent problem. And there is nobody to blame for that, except my own weak immune system. However, despite everything, my dentist never gave up, each time he tried to go with a different direction and put into practice his skills, his mindset and his own creativity. Only this year I've been back for several times to Oakdale, and, specifically to Dr. Ch. Patel. I just trust his competence, from previous experiences, he helped me with every dental issue I've had in years. You can see how persistent and strong-willed he is with his intention to help, to find a solution which finally works for you. And today he proved it again, making another effort to treat the same recurrent problem, and I am so very grateful for that! Hopefully, I will have some relief and less suffering. Dr. Chintan doesn't accept any failure or disappointment, he will do everything for the best result he is able to give you. So, thank you Dr. Chintan for being so devoted, so constant, so true to your patients and to your profession! And at the end, I will not forget to thank a lovely nurse, who assisted during the treatment, and to beautiful, caring and kind, as always reception stuff! Merry Christmas to all of you, to a whole Oakdental Team! You really earned a lot of thanks for all service you provide for your patients.

Anas Alkosh and Nurse Sanaa both were very polite and professional. Anas was very gentle and reassuring throughout the procedure.
I made sure that we were booked in again with Anas &Sanna for our next 6 monthly checkup.

Absolutely fantastic dental practice one I would highly recommend. I had invisalign treatment and from start to finish the service was exceptional, the environment is so calm and I was put at ease throughout the whole treatment, no question was to big or to small and im so pleased with my final results!

From start to finish, the process of transforming my smile has been extremely thorough and all my questions and quieres have been explained throughout the whole journey. Over last 3 months I have visited Oakdale dental , Leicester on several occasions to get dental implant in upper jaw and a partial denture for bottom one . Reception staff were all very helpful and courteous . Dentists Mr . Clozza and Mr . Moosajee were very thorough in their work and nurses working with them were good too .They listened to my problems and needs and resolved them as quickly as they could .
Now I have got my parmenant implant and I am very happy with it .
I would strongly recommend Oakdale Dental to any one considering a parmenant solution to their dental problems .

Dr.Harv and his nurse Rhiannon carried out the procedure in as much of a pain free and comfortable way as possible. Thankyou guys, amazing. I can highly recommend them.

I have been going to Oakdale Dental for approximately 2.5 years now. I arrived feeling very disappointed with my teeth . First of all I had an implant , absolutely fantastic!! I now see the lovely Harvinda,he is wonderful . Recently I had a crown in a day !! Completely pain free and perfect result . These guys know exactly what they’re doing. My latest treatment was with Dr Hayer . I had composite bonding on my front teeth . He is also lovely!!we had an in-depth consultation,I felt he really listened and understood my concerns and expectations. I am over the moon with the results. The treatment took a couple of hours but was pain free and I felt totally relaxed throughout. This practice is so amazing,everyone is very professional and very caring. I actually love going there !! So 2.5years later my teeth are transformed. I’m very impressed.
