Switching business energy accounts made simple
I have had a couple of conversations with Octopus over the last few days, speaking with Maddie a few days ago and Kai today. Both of them were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They dealt with my inquiry swiftly and efficiently. Kai opened our business account toady and he made the whole process a pleasure, rather than the complicated and stressful experience I have endured in the past when changing energy suppliers. Fantastic customer service.

I was opening up an account with Octopus and had help to navigate my way through what is quite a convoluted process from Henry Duncan. He was incredibly patient and steered me through alot of docs/forms etc. I was very grateful to finally have an account opened and up and running. Excellent & Prompt Customer Service
I had an issue with the address when registering with Octopus. I contacted customer service and the issue was resolved promptly.
The customer service from our previous supplier was challenging and difficult so this has made a refreshing change.
