I had an absolutely fantastic first-time experience with Octopus Energy, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
A massive thank you to Faye Lei-9, who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was incredibly friendly, patient, professional and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted for me. She took the time to listen to what I needed, explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with my choices rather than just rushing through the process.
Faye helped me set up a fixed tariff and also arranged a variable Direct Debit, explaining how everything worked in a really clear and easy-to-understand way. She made what could have been a confusing process feel incredibly simple and stress-free.
Customer service like this really stands out. Faye is a credit to Octopus Energy and deserves genuine recognition for the way she dealt with me. She was knowledgeable, approachable and incredibly helpful throughout, and I honestly felt like I was in safe hands.
If my first experience with Octopus Energy is anything to go by, I’m very happy to have made the switch. 5 stars without hesitation — and a special shout-out to Faye for being absolutely amazing!

Discussed the needs to change to an export tariff, sent the sign up email straight through, looked at previous usage to set payments and refunded the credit on the account.

The prices are very competitive and the customer service has been top notch.

I phoned up beccause i had confused myself setting up my account ,the person i spoke to was understanding and helped me the the right conclusion ,helpful and kind .

The closing of the account went smmothly and was weel done. The only glitch was the issue of the closing meter readings. I assumed that because we had a smart meter Octopus would take the readings on the completion . I happened tobe scrolling down when I came across the request for meter readings and I had to get someone else to take them for me. Apart from that the job was done well, the closing credit balance calculated anf reported promptly with a date for repayment to me.

Current fixed agreement due to end very soon.
Had a look around various suppliers and whilst not necessarily the cheapest option we decided to fix again with Octopus for another year.
The reason?
Excellent customer service!

I couldn’t ask for more from an energy provider , helped our family out in ways I’d never imagine, definitely not a company that just looks at an account like it’s not a person the other end, it’s dealt with someone who genuinely cares.

The young lady Lauren I think her name is was very courteous and prompt with her replies and made the process of communicating with you very simple and troublefree.

The customer service member, Emily, handled the switch back from tenant account to myself as property owner in a pleasant and confident manner.

Dan was my appointed contact and stayed as such until my complaint was resolved.He was professional and kept appointments he made and I am pleased to say he resolved the issue keeping me informed throughout the complete process. He is an asset to the company and I can’t thank him enough.
