these calls. Odido lets you call normally and does not warn you that it’s paid while you’re calling. No message, no pop-up, nothing. You only find out later when the bill comes.
I already pay €34 every month, and then I get almost €30 extra on top of that. That’s crazy. If something costs money, you should clearly tell the customer before or during the call, not after.
On top of that, there are extra subscriptions on the bill that I never made and didn’t even know I was paying for. That’s not okay.
It feels like Odido only cares about money, not about being clear or fair to customers.
Also, the mobile data is not always stable sometimes it just doesn’t work.
Very disappointing. I would not recommend Odido to anyone.

Super disappointing - zero stars.
Had internet appointment for moving house scheduled for 16.01 they never called until we chased them and said they are not coming. Rescheduled with first option for 21.01 08-12 o’clock again try even didn’t have dignity to offer sooner appointment. Now received sms try are not coming again. I want one month at least free internet for this inconvenience and klantvordeel on top of that because you are unprofessional and unreliable

Am calling but being given to get information about returning phone and because is new, less than one month used, I was told to set it to factory settings, fill the return form, I will receive a address through email to return, didn’t receive instead I receive email that it has been rejected, I have now gotten help is in process and am satisfied the customer service people are very friendly and patient. Call center is a joke
I called Odidio twice today to extend a contract only to wait in a queue for a long time then they hang up.
I never spoke to anyone after waiting for 20 minutes and possibly being charged for the calls.
There is no quality control here.

Better service online than in stores
The guy if the Store from Lijnbaan location using a skyblue hoodie grabbed my phone and made an order for me but did not explained my purchase into detail. Not to mention that he was talking to a friend making myself and other clients waiting not caring much that the store was busy. He chose the wrong color for me and I had to get information as with a spoon instead of going step by step and the choices that I could get. I felt he wanted us just to be gone. After writting a bad review, I got a call from customer service to solve my issue, sadly I could not change the color of my phone because of the timing to apply to a free watch but I got a lot of more information about the phone, guarantee and others very useful to know without having to ask specific questions. But they should record their employees at the stores to see who does not want to work. So if you want to get a new phone is better to call.

Technical home service very poor service
I had no internet since 30 Dec 2025. An appoinment made 31 Dec 2025 (8AM to 12 noon) a technician should come to fix the issue,
BUT nobody showed up and I was not even notified until I called Odido.
2nd appointment 04 January 2026
3rd appointment 07 January 2026
4th appointment 12 January 2026
same happened, NOBODY showed up on these dates and what so frustrating "they confirmed night before that a techinical will come however on the actual day appointment cancelled, same time of the apointment.
A very frustarting.. they dont inform ahead of time.
A very poor service.
And now appointment made 19 January 2026 for the 5th and LAST time.

I’ve been with Odido for about 10 years and just upgraded to their 8 Gbps plan. The switch went smoothly, and everything worked right away, no hassle, no unexpected issues. Poor Service Quality and Lack of Support from Odido
I am currently in the Philippines with my husband and urgently need assistance from the ANWB Alarm Central (travel insurance) in the Netherlands. Unfortunately, I was unable to get through when calling the emergency number. To rule out issues on my side, I tried calling my home number in Haarlem, which also did not connect.
The only number I could reach was Odido customer service, but the waiting time was extremely long and cost €2.50 per minute. After finally speaking with a representative, I was still asked to continue waiting. After nearly 24minutes on the call, the issue remained unresolved, and I was left without any solution.
I have been a loyal Tele2 customer for over 10 years, but since the merger and transition to Odido,the quality of service has significantly declined. This situation has been extremely stressful—especially when trying to reach an emergency travel insurance number during a critical situation abroad.

I wanted to sign up for a subscription…
I wanted to take out a subscription to buy a phone from their website, but it seems that this is not possible. Although I have valid documentation (EU passport) and am a resident of the Netherlands, my subscription request is always rejected.
If you are a resident of the Netherlands but have a European Union ID, you must have a Dutch driving licence or have been their customer for at least two years in order to take out a subscription with a telephone.
I find this truly ridiculous.

Misled by Odido store staff – hidden costs after contract

I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience with Odido really deserves attention. In October 2025, I signed a contract for an iPhone at the Odido Kalverstraat store.
During the process, I was offered a Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ as a promotion with only 1 euro extra per month.
I specifically asked the salesperson several times if the tablet would cost only €1 extra per month.
Each time, they clearly confirmed that everything would be included in a total of €75/month, with no hidden costs. (€74 for iphone + €1 for tablet (promotion))
I trusted this and agreed.
Later, I discovered that I was actually being charged €11 per month for the tablet/SIM, not €1. This means I’m now paying €85/month, not €75 — completely against what I was promised in-store.
What’s worse is that this was not clearly explained in the paperwork, and it took me months to notice it.
I feel deliberately misled by the salesperson just to close the sale. I contacted customer support, but so far I haven’t received a fair solution or real help.
This is not the service I expected from a major provider like Odido. If the company wants to keep customer trust, they should start by training their staff better and standing behind the promises made in their stores.
Be careful before signing anything — and double-check everything, even if they say “don’t worry, it’s all covered.
Update : Odido handled my issue well. After contacting support, the agent explained everything clearly and they created a credit for my subscription. They confirmed the amount will be refunded to my bank within 14 days and I’ll receive a credit note.

STAY CLEAR of them! almost 12 months since signing up and still no sign of internet
Avoid Odido we were one of the first people in our area to signup back on 10th Feb 2023 but it's been dozens of calls over the last 12 months to try and get the internet installed. One of our favourite pieces of feedback from the customer service team responsible for connections was why the hurry all of a sudden when I rang twice in the space of two weeks. We always speak to the staff and apparently it's the top of their list and they will personally watch the progress of the account. That has happened atleast 3 different times and each time when you try and followup that person isn't available and you start the conversation again. Each time I go through the process of contacting Odido it takes atleast 1 hour out of my day... I don't want the service anymore and now I have to ring up and wait 20-30 minutes to cancel as you can't do that online even though the chatbot offers the option it advises you need to call. How can it take almost 12 months to get internet when our neighbours have it already??? Also anyone that does have it so far have said the reliability is terrible and they would have never swapped away from Ziggo if they knew it would be so terrible! Maybe in 2025 KPN will finally have it's Fiber service available in our area...
Update Odido team stated they tried to contact me 4 times on the 8th Jan but it was twice at 10:09 and then 10:10. This lack of accuracy from the CS team is what you can expect if you sign up to their services. If you try to contact them via social media they advise to ring them and then you spend 30-40 minutes on hold and they say whatever they can to get you off the call and promise to call you back but never do.

Good Price for quality
I am using Odido for 2 years and I am very happy with its quite good quality, best price policy. While renewing my contract, they even made more discount. So I am using 40 gb for only 14 Euros. Others are not even close.

You must wait on customer call for 40-50 mins for them. Their only suggestion is restarting the modem and firebox. If it does not solve, they say they are creating a service ticket. Than what? No back call, no solution, nothing. Customer servic and, network servare aare amongthe worst.
Maybe it is time to hire good engineer and customer service manager if you want to save your customers!

I can't believe how this company is still in business
I have read some awful reviews of Odido before signing up for their service, but I thought those must have been exceptional and rare cases. Well, my experience turned out to be equally horrible. I notified Odido about my planned move in date a month ahead and scheduled the technician appointment accordingly. The guy set up the indoor unit perfectly, but it quickly turned out that the fiber line is still not active and there is nothing he could do (other than opening a ticket). Weeks went by, and every time I called Odido's support, I was given a completely different excuse each time.
I decided to cancel my contract after 8 weeks of no service. In the meantime, I signed up for KPN's service. I only had to wait 2 more weeks for the setup appointment, which went perfectly according to the plan, and I had working internet immediately.
I even filed complaints about this experience to Odido multiple times, they never even bothered to acknowledge my complaints ever since.

When I applied for contract renewal I was provided with a discount and additional gigabytes. Only after I concluded the deal I got a message saying that the discount will only apply if I have several subscriptions tied to my address, and the only one subscription that I have is insufficient. Now in the next sim subscription I will have 10Gb instead of proposed 20gb and for more expensive price.
