How can I return something what didn't turn up dip**** Avoid stealing people bank details and personal information fraudulent and fake business

My order never arrived
My order never arrived. After chasing them they said the parcel was lost and did I want a replacement or refund. I asked for a replacement and the next email I got was an automated email saying I would get a refund in 3-5 days.

Sizing comes up small
Have bought here multiple times but the sizing on 3 pairs of shoes were so off. I’m usually a 7 but these fit like a 6. The quality was good but sizing being off meant I had to pay for delivery here and back. A lot of wasted money
