Same as the others. Had a lifetime account with Offeo from when it was a startup. Now it's abandoned and worthless.

Keep an eye out for these developers working on other projects so you know which to avoid in future when buying software.

Scam! Paid 98 dollars for lifetime and the whole arquitecture of the site is gone... Do not be fooled by scammers please!

Very unethical company. They shouldn't be selling LTD knowing they'll shut down soon. They pretty much abandoned the project & moved on to other projects pretty quickly. You pay for a broken product. Almost non existent customer service & tech support. Often unusable due to bugs that they didn't care to fix quickly or at all. Very disappointed. I will never trust or support any future projects from the founders/ co-founders.

Had I realized that it was a scam project in the name of LTD (Life Time Deal)...The question is whose life is considered as scale. A scam project like Offeo can die before even you actually start to use it. I bought it, and it shut down before using it for commercial purpose.
A request to Tech Freiends, Never trust in so-called LTD's, not even from Microsoft. They once told win 10 is the last windows, now they are forcing to purchase new machine for 11. The same way Offeo creators will appear in disguise with another LTD scam who knows how many will fall into the trap like you and me.. Never trust them. Don't buy a 10 dollar product with 300 just because they name it LTD offer. Offeo is the worst scam I faced ever in my life. Don't become technology labour, be creator. Create for own interest and don't depent on scammers. Sue Dealify and Appsumo for promoting these scams one after another.

It was a fantastic product not that long ago. Very simple to use, very affordable. Then the problems started. Download failures, accessibility issues. They would get the issues resolved, only for another one to pop up. It was like playing Whack-a-mole.

It appears that the juice is no longer worth the squeeze for the Offeo team, and they are calling it quits. There are other similar products like Kapwing and Canva, but Offeo was, for a long time, my old reliable go-to for quick video and image generation.

Goodbye Offeo. You burned bright for a while.

Offeo is no scam. It was the best deal for a long time and is still my go-to platform. Yes, there have been issues where the downloads have stopped at a certain percentage. The tech support gets it fixed, but it seems they are moving on toward new and better things. Their $99 lifetime deal was a massive deal for what I needed, and I'd still be using them if they weren't shutting down here the end of April on the 23rd. Never was a scam, those saying such are, I perceive, humans that have the understanding and empathy of a gnat. This platform was for many years an answered prayer. Thank GOD for Offeo and their staff.

This is a scam. they are selling completely broken products. Already slow editing, after editing completion takes about half an hour to prepare (even 7 seconds video) and will get up to 30% and then takes forever to render and download. Support is trash. It's not even $1 worthy. The app has been in beta for more than 2 years. I have been trying to use it for the last 2 years and have been able to export exactly 15 videos till now with 70% of times contacting support which may reply in 2 days or never.

Cant download videos even with subscription.

You are better off not getting OFFEO. It's too slow to function. Rendering is stuck at 30% even though it's a 4 second video. No reply from Customer Support since yesterday. I've had OFFEO since around 2022. I thought it would have gotten better by now. Just disappointing.

Unfortunately it does´t work, it´s not possible to render and download the created design. I can´t find any solution for it. Before it was working properly. I hope they will fix it soon.

Every time I attempted to export a video, the progress bar gets stuck at 30% and doesn't move further. This makes it unreliable for video creation purposes, especially when you're on a deadline and need a consistent, working solution.

2. Limited Usage but Promising for Agencies
Although I've only used the platform a few times, I'm strategically considering it as a tool for creative agencies, akin to Canva. It has the potential to streamline design tasks with templates and drag-and-drop functionalities. However, the current technical challenges limit its full potential for professional use.

3. Performance Concerns (Slow Site)
The overall performance of the platform is sluggish, which is noticeable from the moment you navigate through the dashboard to when you try to execute actions like video creation or design rendering. This affects productivity, as every second counts when you're managing multiple projects.

4. Poor Support and Maintenance
While the site is still functional for processing transactions, there seems to be no active support available. This is a red flag for any user, especially when issues arise (like the rendering problem). The lack of responsiveness from the support team diminishes trust, which is crucial when considering the software for long-term use in a professional environment.

It is scam. i paid full and could not refund at all.

It works fine from time to time but for the last 4 days I couldn't download my creations.
Support is inexistant: the automatic answering chat:"Nobody's home!" works well :D
I am pretty sure that they are on the verge of bankruptcy....

I am utterly disappointed with Offeo. I cancelled my premium subscription back in February, but to my shock, they've been charging my card $20 every single month for the past 7 months. This is absolutely unacceptable and feels like nothing short of a scam.

I have reached out to their customer service multiple times, hoping to resolve this issue. But guess what? No response. Not even an acknowledgment of my emails. It's clear that they do not care about their customers or providing any sort of support. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also highly unethical.

To make matters worse, the website won't even allow me to remove my card details. It's alarming how a company can continue to charge for a service after cancellation without any form of consent or communication. At this point, I feel completely helpless and cheated.

I want to warn others – do NOT share your card details with Offeo. This company does not seem to be legitimate at all. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

If this isn’t resolved soon, I will be escalating this to my bank and seeking legal advice. Offeo, do better and stop exploiting your customers!

Offeo tech support is never available and won't send replies. The biggest problem they have issues when you try to download a video and it usually will take a week for them to fix. Then when the download works, the upload will get stuck in optimizing. Again at least 4 days to fix. Going to switch to VistaCreate. It does about 95% of what offeo does, but at least you don't have to put your projects on hold because you can't download them.

I have been using offeo for nearly 2 years.
In conclusion, considering the price, I am satisfied with the result.
Occasionally, use is restricted during system update or maintenance periods. But these issues are understandable.
The best advantage is that one video can be produced very quickly.

Having explored several design applications, I can confidently say that none quite matches the caliber of OFFEO. OFFEO stands out as the most robust and complete application in its category. It not only promises excellence but consistently delivers on that promise.

Furthermore, the customer service provided by OFFEO is exceptionally solid, ensuring that users receive the support they need. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend OFFEO with full confidence. It is truly a standout solution in its field.

Slow, useless, clearly noonw has worked on it for a very long time, noone cares. Take your money and go to appsumo, and get a better video making software.

Very bad experience. Worst customer service ever. The app will never let you get a video downloaded IT IS VERY SLOW!
