Exporting files is just excruciatingly painfully slow.
Are OFFEOS servers powered by potatoes...

At first everything worked perfectly but after a month using the program the problems with downloading sound files started. I contacted their technical service hundreds of times and they promised to solve the problem as soon as possible and to this day (two months after the first claim) everything remains the same. NOT WORTH IT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

I recently signed up for the lifetime package on Offeo.com, and I must say that I regret my decision. The limited features were disappointing, and the customer service was even worse.

I tried to get a refund, but to my dismay, Offeo did not respond through their customer service email or their desktop app. I had sent them an email on Thursday, but I did not receive a reply until Tuesday, which was already a long wait. I even tried to reach out to them through their Facebook page, and that was the only time they finally replied.

To add insult to injury, Offeo.com advertised having Shutterstock, but on the first day of signing up, there was some issue with Shutterstock that rendered it unusable for days! I tried to speak to customer service, but it took them another 2-3 days to get back to me with a reply, which was no more than a dismissive response that they were "dealing with the issue". It took a whopping 5 days before I could finally use Shutterstock!

The worst part of my experience was the terrible customer service. It was as if my complaint didn't matter to them at all. It was frustrating and time-consuming to try and get in touch with them, and I was left feeling disappointed and unsatisfied.

Overall, I would not recommend Offeo.com to anyone. The limited features and poor customer service are not worth the money. Save yourself the trouble and look for a different online video maker that can provide better service and more value for your money.

SLOW. Takes minutes to load templates. Sometimes the videos do not export properly or are jittery. Awesome layout, intuitive, unfortunately the slowest editor I've ever encountered. Absolutely frustrating how hit or miss it is, 4 export attempts only 1 successful. That's 4 downloads (took almost an hour). Downloaded last one with individual slides and deleted the slides that didn't export. Ended up using extra video editors to finish the job.

One of the worst customer supports. and, their servers are so damn slow, that something you could create within 10 min ends up taking 30 min.
and here is the main problem... In their lifetime deal Ad, They say they do money back guarantee, right? haha yeah right! they don't even reply back. how are you going to get your money back? One of the worst startups I have seen in my life. Shame.

Amazing app for creative content creators. We had some problems when we started to use it. But now all is going smoothly and well because of their amazing support team.

Customer support is the worse. I have a lifetime membership and I can't use it because a $19usd subscription pop-up and won't allow me to close it without purchase. I can't use previous work done in the platform.stay way

The only way to get a refund is asking suppport. The think is that NO ONE IS AWSERING. They took my money and literally gone! Stay AWAY

There's is no option to test before you buy. But in the promoting video's they have guest options ....

50% off discount code system does not work either and support refuses to acknowledge.

When cancelling, they give you an option if you'd like to get 50% off. Just goes into a server error mode

Good tool, great customer support. Use PayPal if there are any issues, but I did not have any.

Recommended.

Extremely frustrating to use. So many bugs and the speed of site are extremely slow. Takes forever to load something. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Offeo is an online short video maker that enables marketing teams and small businesses to create engaging short marketing video easily. The platform comes with tons of stunning templates and animated assets users can drag-and-drop to enhance designs.

It is a great tool to make beautiful and engaging YouTube content like intro, outro, YouTube banner, downloading YouTube video by simply paste the URL, converting videos from MP4 to MP3, and much more.

But I found the issue with lagging and slow editor is annoying. Hope the developer can improve the platform for better user's experience.

Terrible experience

We love the software, but it is sooooo full of bugs and errors, it is almost impossible to get the anted results.
When you manage to find a solution to overcome one bug, something completely new appears out of nowhere and messes all up. After 6 days of constant work, for something that would have taken us 1 day in Premiere...we still could not download a usable version of the video we were working on...

And on top of that...customer support is inexistent... we were completely ignored.

Such a promising app, but behind it ... a net of bugs....
Honestly the worst experience we ever had with an app/software. Nothing worked as it should. Just one error after another. And frustration comes 10fold when you are completely ignored by the company that sold you the access to their app...

We will come with follow-up review after we receive an answer from the company (if ever), and see their position on this. If not, we have already documented everything in detail, and we will upload a detailed video on all our channels.

I like this tool to create short videos (max 3 minutes).
There are many options to create animated ads, courses, to add music and voice-over.
