Friendly UK-based service

The need for the £120- package to get…
The need for the £120- package to get non-gov post scanned and sent seems like a 'gotcha' and an add-on.
Its not upfront and honest, as it's likely to be needed by most orgs.
That said, it's still cheaper than most and a good experience so far. Not needed customer services yet though!

On our website it is clearly stated that the Registered Address Service only covers statutory mail from Companies House and HMRC.
With is in mind, it also states for other mail to be forwarded clients would require one of our Virtual Office Services.
We do offer these services to be paid on a monthly or annual basis.
We understand that when businesses are newly incorporated the need to keep costs low are important, and the demand for non-official mail may also be low.
This is why our Virtual Office Services are flexible and can be added or cancelled at any given time.
We can only apologise that you feel our services are not upfront and honest; but please do be assured our client services team are always on deck to answer any questions or queries you may have.
We can be contacted via telephone or email between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday on 01638 485100, or alternatively you can email us at client.services@office-serv.co.uk.

Alternatively when the forwarding method is set to postal forwarding we would send all correspondence via Royal Mail 2nd class.
As it stands the delivery aim is 2 to 3 working days assuming there is no delays.
