Fantastic 5 star results.
I purchased 5 reams of paper because we have 6 printers at our home address (to accomodate lots of printing requirements) Our usual paper appears to become almost unobtainable.so we searched and searched. We finally ordered 5 reams from OFFICE OUTLET where the price was about 35% of some prices elsewhere. It arrived the following day, much to our surprise. Upon examination it proved superior to the previously used paper. So thank you Office Outlet. We will searching your website for other supplies. Excellent product and excellent service! 5 stars for each.

Made a purchase in store for delivery. Told it would arrive on a certain day. It did not arrive, one day wasted waiting. Told another day only to find they do not deliver on that day, 2nd day wasted. Have now waited another wasted day only to be told it will now be the following week!!!
Totally unacceptable, I will be submitting a formal complaint to customer services in writing.
When you receive an email saying your order has been shipped it does not mean it is on its way to do.
Can't fault the service in the store. Appeared under staffed but were helpful and polite.

The email you received means that the order has been processed and dispatched from our depot, you would then get follow up emails informing you of the actual date and time of your delivery as well as a telephone call to confirm . Your order id due on 19/3/19.

I bought an office chair and received excellent service. I found Office Outlet's website rather tricky to navigate. and so I rang the Stevenage branch for help. which was readily given. Once at the store I found the chair already half built by the manager on duty. He quickly completed the task, and then allowed me the 15% discount advertised on line, even though I had not filled in the appropriate box to claim this discount. So I received my chair fully built, and still had the benefit of the discount to which I was not properly entitled because of my oversight in not claiming it online.. A good experience.

The delivery was quick: ordered mid-afternoon, and arrived next morning, free of charge, and with a discount. BUT the more economical ink packages for Hewlett Packard are often not available in the Aylesbury store, and they are ALL extortionate.
