Disgusting rip-off company who use…
Disgusting rip-off company who use misleading images on the website. I purchased the Complete Harmony Light Desk and Bookcase Pack - Sonoma Light Oak Product code: 439112 that clearly has a picture showing x2 4-part drawers, however was sent a cupboard unit (two shelf) that is NOT shown in the product main image. Spoke to customer services who stated 'they have to use the images provided by the supplier' even if it does not accurately show what you are buying. They claim as it lists everything you get it is not their problem. Deceitful selling and poor customer service!

Customer assistant friendly and as i could not find what i wanted ordered for me and gave me delivery date.Received time slot parcel came on date given and a couple of minutes into alloted delivery hour.Free small pack of Haribos inside too.Very happy with whole process.
