Great experience no hassle at all
The staff were great verry helpful from start to finish easy to talk to have a laff full your drums with no spillage and out the door you go easy as that I'm well happy with the service.

Request for quotes always responded to same day by email or phone. Never have to wait long for delivery, usually within a couple of days. Friendly service that’s hard to beat at the Crieff depot. Can’t recommend Oilfast enough.

Cannot fault them
Have always found the Insch depot of Oilfast very friendly and easy to deal with. The time frame for delivery of heating oil is always when or even before the expected date I've been given. Cannot fault them.

Delivery always arrives on the day the company say it will. Oil price is competitive in the market. Because I,m in a consortium I can get a top up of less than 500 litres, which is good for me, as I get regular top ups and smaller bills throughout the year. Excellent service.

Friendly helpful staff at Insch depot.
Friendly helpful staff at Insch depot. During the recent bad weather when the oil truck could not reach our home, the staff at Insch were really friendly and helpful filling containers at tanker price. As soon as the weather cleared the delivery was made. The staff also kept me informed at every stage.
