I wanted to find a rug to go in my living room and went to the Guildford store. Eglee was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me source a rug and matched it on the computer to the photo I had of my room. I did not feel rushed and was confident with my purchase which looks lovely.

We were given very good service from Andrea in the Guildford store. She was very attentive to our needs and helped us find the perfect coffee table. We had visited this particular store to see the item we were interested in and it was just as seen on-line so now very excited to receive the coffee table into our own home. the whole process of purchase and delivery has been seamless so far!

Brilliant service received,
I went in looking for table lamps with no real idea. Was looking lost when Emma came to my rescue. She was absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and she was amazingly patient. Emma was knowledgeable, professional and just the type of customer service that would make me go back to the shop. Needless to say with Emma’s help and guidance I came away with a lovely lamp.
