Brilliant service received,
I went in looking for table lamps with no real idea. Was looking lost when Emma came to my rescue. She was absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and she was amazingly patient. Emma was knowledgeable, professional and just the type of customer service that would make me go back to the shop. Needless to say with Emma’s help and guidance I came away with a lovely lamp. Might even need a second.
Customer experience 10/10.

My favourite shopping experience in Guildford.
Caroline could not have been more helpful as I made an exciting purchase yesterday. She advised on colour combinations and brought a beautiful lamp and showed the different settings. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble from all in this shop to ensure customer satisfaction.

Amazingly helpful staff
On visiting the Guildford store to buy new cushions, I was initially approached and helped by Emma, who referred me to Diana. Both members of staff were incredibly good and helpful, especially Diana, who spent time with me on numerous occasions to make sure I made the right choice. All the staff seem well trained, the atmosphere is friendly and helpful and the store looks amazing. Plus we were given a glass of fizz!! What's not to like!!??

Charlotte and Nicky in the Guildford…
Charlotte and Nicky in the Guildford store were absolutely amazing. I arrived 40 mins before closing time and they helped me chose items to refresh my living room, all from a photo that wasn’t that great. They stayed 20 mins late and helped me get everything to my car. Everything chosen looks absolutely amazing and I’m really happy. Thanks again Charlotte and Nicky. I’ll be back soon for lighting

I was provided with great customer service by Nicky in Guildford. I had a problem with my order -not Oka’s error - and went in to try and sort it out without much hope. Nicky, however, dealt with it quickly and courteously and I left, one happy customer!

The driver could not find the address.
The driver could not find the address.
As he was late delivering he did not want us to open the cartons to check all was perfect.
It’s a shame the price we paid for delivery did not cover taking away the cartons.
