A horrible experience in Madrid T4 and 1. A total scam!! Please avoid if you can! They said they didn’t have our car and they didn’t wanted to give us an equal or better for free. They wanted us to pay €450!! A scam!

Booked car weeks in advance only for them to tell us on the day they will not honour the car and only upcharge us to get another.

Easy to pick up and return the hired car, personnel were helpful

According to the company, they were supposed to accept Amex cards. But when we got there, they said no, that wasn’t possible. Since the only other option was a debit card, we had to take out insurance, which tripled the rental price.
When we asked later why, they claimed that wasn’t the case.
Never again with these scammers

Gemäß Angaben der Firma würde man Amex Karten akzeptieren. Vor Ort dann die Aussage nein das geht nicht. Da alternativ nur noch eine Debit Karte vorhanden war mußte eine Versicherung abgeschlossen werden, welche den Mietpreis verdreifachte.
Auf spätere Nachfrage warum, wurde angegeben, das dies nicht so gewesen sei.

I booked through Ryan Air (no issues with RyanAir whatsoever) however, I purchased 100% comprehensive insurance through RA but upon arrival was forced to purchase an additional €150 of insurance or give them €1500 deposit which I was loathed to do as I feared this deposit would not be returned, in addition, I had to give another €150 refundable deposit, thus €300 on my credit card (for safety). Now some 30 days later I continue to chase for my €150 refundable deposit having to spend countless hours on the phone to Spain chasing them. Since this time I rented again with Avis where my deposit was returned within 3 days. AVOID AVOID AVOID this company.

I reserved a car for 11:30 am thinking it would take time to get thru customs, etc. I arrived and made it through customs fairly quickly and I was out by 9am. When I got to the desk the kid behind said my car was not ready and could have an upgrade for $250 more euros. I said I don’t need up upgrade but I’ll take a downgrade. They said there was no cars available. So I said I’ll wait. He then offered the car to me for $175 euros. I said no thanks. I sat outside in the airport, he then came out and offered it to me for $75 euros. At this point I knew it was a scam. I left and returned at 11:30 spoke with someone else and left with my car.

Alicante. Charged me twice for the fuel. Changed my contract from full-full to full - empty without telling me. 70 Euros

Received rental documents 5/3/26 only after return.
Contract Terms and Conditions state....Fuel Policy......
"Fuel policy. The refuelling policy is full-to-full, regardless of the type of fuel "

Also very slow at pick-up and generally disinterested in their customers. They do not answer contact numbers

I had a confirmed and prepaid booking with OK Mobility at Bergamo Airport, but when I arrived, I was told the car I had booked was not available due to overbooking.

Instead of honoring the reservation, I was told the only option was to pay 175 euros extra for a larger car. This puts customers in a situation where they are forced to accept additional charges because there are no real alternatives on the spot.

This is completely unacceptable. A confirmed booking should be respected, not used as an opportunity to charge more on arrival.

Rented a car from OKmobility (formerly OK Rent A Car) in Tenerife, Spain, for a week in February 2026. (1) The company made us pay for full insurance, even though full insurance was provided by our credit card company (with proof of insurance letter, which we provided). They told us that their credit card machine could only be used for payments. It could not be used to put a hold on a credit card, as OKmobility requires when customers have their own insurance. The rental agent was clear: you don’t pay, you don’t get a car. Result: USD 224.66 for insurance. (2) The car was old, over 77,000 km on the clock, and poorly maintained. (3) On the third day the car broke down. It took more than three hours for roadside assistance to get us back on the road. The mechanic added oil and told us to drive carefully until the end of the week, as the car needed a full service. (4) Eight days after our return, the company charged our credit card USD 43.98 for fuel, even though we returned the car full and the attendant on duty when we returned the car confirmed that.

The worst service ever with renting car. Only work 9 to 5 and when you call even 9 to 5 Mon-Fri there is no response.
I rent car through them at Barcelona airport and when I arrived, at night, and the rental car OK mobility, office was closed. I check all there places and nobody was there. When I called "this number does not exists" that was it. No message no email that we will not be there. I placed my flight number as well and the time when reserving they knew when I was arriving and still. I had to contract another service, at very hight rate of course (6x more expensive btw).
I would never contact them. And you should also.

If you take extra insurance they don't block any money. Car was nearly new and in very good condition
