I had a very good expierence in…

I had a very good expierence in marrakech. i have been a couple times at the branche as i was extending the contract each couple days. Brahim and mohammed helped me and gave great service. Also a lady extended my contract one time i just forgot her name. She was great as well

Website was very poor

Website was very poor. Difficulty applying my discount, and when I attempted to complete my registration details, the website gave an error. This was the same error it gave last year so hasn’t been improved in one year.

the worst car rental experience I have ever had

This was, without exaggeration, the worst car rental experience I have ever had.

First of all, I was asked for a €2,200 deposit just to pick up the car. An absurd amount, completely disproportionate to the rental, and conveniently buried in the fine print.

Since my card didn’t have enough available credit for such an outrageous hold, I was forced to purchase their insurance for €200 — basically the same price as the rental itself — plus an additional €200 deposit. In other words, I ended up paying double for the same car, despite already having private coverage.

To make matters worse, no one clearly explained what this insurance actually covered. No details about deductibles, no transparency, and I was not given or emailed any documentation. Completely unacceptable.

At pickup, I was not asked to sign any proper check-out document, nor was I provided with a report of existing damages. This is basic procedure in any professional rental company — and it was simply ignored.

At return, the situation got even worse:
they refused to inspect the car with me because they were “too busy” and said they would check it later on their own. This means they can potentially charge for damages that were already there and never documented. This is beyond unprofessional — it feels deliberately risky for the customer.

The car itself was also disappointing: old, worn, and with 65,000 km, far from what you would expect.

But the worst part was the attitude of the staff. When we tried to find a reasonable solution to avoid paying double for insurance we didn’t need, the employee at the desk started sighing in our faces, visibly annoyed, as if we were the problem. When I pointed it out, she actually became sarcastic and dismissive, essentially mocking us.

This is not just poor service — it’s a complete lack of professionalism and respect.

Avoid this company at all costs.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a car rental company.

I had a confirmed reservation with OK Mobility (No. 10426064) at Porto Airport. I arrived at the designated shuttle pickup point at approximately 21:40 with my wife and our 15-month-old baby. We clearly saw one of your shuttle vans pass by — we waved — and the driver simply ignored us and continued driving.

From 21:48 onwards, I repeatedly tried calling your Porto office. No answer. Not once. Completely unreachable.

We kept waiting in the cold, with a baby, while shuttle after shuttle from other companies came and went. Yours never showed up.

At around 22:30, I finally approached another company’s driver, who informed me that your office was already closed and that no further shuttles would come. Let that sink in: you left a family with a baby stranded at the airport at night with no assistance, no warning, and no way to contact you.

The driver kindly took us to your location, only to confirm that your office was indeed closed.

At that point, I had no choice but to urgently rent a vehicle from Record Go in order to reach Aveiro that same night, as I had a hotel booked. This emergency rental cost me €664.92 — more than 20 times the price I had paid with OK Mobility.

Because of your complete lack of professionalism and total disregard for customers, my baby was exposed to the cold for an extended period and is now sick. At the time of writing this review, we are in the hospital with him suffering from fever and flu symptoms.

This situation goes far beyond a failed service. This is negligence.

I am formally demanding full reimbursement of the €664.92 I was forced to pay due to your failure, in addition to any medical expenses resulting from this incident.

As of now, OK Mobility owes me €664.92, and this amount will increase depending on medical costs.

If this matter is not handled immediately, I will not hesitate to escalate it legally. I will pursue all available actions, including formal complaints and legal proceedings.

Your company’s behavior is unacceptable. You abandoned customers without any support, communication, or accountability.

If you value your reputation at all, contact me immediately so this can be resolved without further escalation.

UNPROFESSIONAL

UNPROFESSIONAL. THIEVES. DISHONEST They tried to force me to pay the premium insurance policy. But I had already purchased it online prior to collecting. They were not happy. I video recorded the car on collection as it had scratches and marks all over. On return I did the same. They inspected it and told me there was a new scratch. I showed them the video and they agreed it was already there before I collected it. So no damage charge was to be made. At the airport for our return flight I received an email and a charge on my credit card for €200 for damages. The transaction shows chip and pin. Which I did when collecting the car for the deposit. This company obviously isn’t concerned about repeat business. I wished I’d looked at the reviews prior to hiring.

Con artists

Purchased full insurance through Ryanair, was told this covered me fully and there was no need to purchase additional insurance at the rental desk.

At arrival at the rental desk I was advised the insurance I purchased did not cover me fully and was made to purchase additional insurance if I wanted to be fully covered. I did this as I needed the peace of mind. On return to the UK I checked over what I had originally purchased through Ryanair and I was indeed fully covered for all damages. I challenged this with Ok Mobility but they were not willing to refund the amount and spouted the same nonsense about not being fully covered. AVOID.

Be careful when renting from OK Mobility Bergamo Airport.

Despite having a confirmed reservation made well in advance, the vehicle category we booked (Peugeot 3008 or similar) was not available when we arrived. The staff told us the only practical option was a Ford Puma, but they required an extra €50 payment.
Since we urgently needed a car, we felt pressured to accept. Later, customer service confirmed that the Ford Puma belongs to the same category as the vehicle reserved, which means the additional charge should never have been applied.
Another serious issue: the car was not equipped for winter conditions. There were no winter tyres and no proper snow chains available, only fabric snow socks, even though it was February and it snowed during our trip.
Due to the lack of a proper resolution from the company, we have now filed a formal complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net).
Overall, this was a very frustrating car rental experience at Bergamo Airport.

Good price, new cars, nice selection on automatic transmission

I've already booked 3 times with OK, and I'm totally satisfied. I guess the company has a great selection of vehicles with automatic transmission. And in all the cases my cars were almost new! Service I've got on desk as well as the customer support were great. Yes, their offices are not directly inside the airport terminal, but usually it gets 5-10 min to get there by shuttle provided, that is totally acceptable.

Poor customer service at OkMobile, Tenerife

Yesterday in Tenerife I collected a rental car from OkMobility. I had reserved and paid for the car in advance through Expedia.co.uk, paying £81.48 for the booking.

However, when I arrived to collect the vehicle, the OkMobility rental clerk informed me that I needed to pay an additional €210 for excess insurance and roadside assistance. I explained that I had already purchased separate excess insurance coverage, so I did not need their excess insurance. The clerk appeared unhappy with this and then insisted that I must purchase their roadside assistance cover for €120.

Before agreeing, I checked online and found that RAC provides a similar roadside assistance cover for £39.99, which is significantly cheaper. I therefore declined OkMobility’s €120 roadside assistance and told the clerk I would purchase the RAC cover instead.

The clerk refused this and stated that if I wanted to take the car, I was required to purchase their roadside assistance cover from them, and that I could not use an alternative provider. I felt that I was placed under unfair pressure and had no practical choice but to pay their €120 charge in order to collect the car I had already booked and paid for.

This requirement was never disclosed at the time of booking through Expedia. Had this additional mandatory charge been clearly stated beforehand, I would not have made the reservation.

Furthermore, if roadside assistance coverage was genuinely the only concern, there was no logical reason to prevent me from purchasing equivalent coverage from another provider, especially when it offers the same service at a lower cost.

In my view, this practice is misleading and unethical, as customers are not informed of mandatory additional charges until they arrive at the rental desk.

Additionally, the car itself appears poorly maintained. The vehicle pulls noticeably to the right side while driving, struggles to pick up speed and there are warning indicators showing on the dashboard, which raises concerns about the vehicle’s condition and safety.

Due to this experience, I am extremely dissatisfied with OkMobility’s service. I will not rent from this company again and would strongly caution other customers to carefully review the terms before booking with them.
